  1. One of the questions for my maths homework- Find the angle between the planes AVB and ABCD. ITS A SIGN!!!
  2. sorry I forgot that I should never criticise anything any of our players do
  3. Only a matter of time before they score
  4. I see Eva has gone for a ponytail this evening
  5. If the job is affecting his health then that should be the main priority. He must be immensely stressed, particularly with the way things are at the moment. If he feels that he can cope I am willing to give him plenty of time to shape his own squad but I don't want his health to be compromised. If he is in good health I am fully behind him.
  6. anyone else worried about his health? He seems to have aged an enormous amount since he arrived and he shakes a lot on the bench. If this job is affecting his health at 34 he should leave as soon as possible for his own good.
  7. Barcelona could drop points tonight. Valencia are a very good team. Nice to see Getafe drawing with high flying Espanyol yesterday
  8. In the sub topic of plastic fans: Its the people on the chelseafc facebook page who just spout rubbish who get my goat. There is a status say about ticket news and you get some idiots commenting 'Chelsea in my heart forever go blues!' it has nothing to do with tickets does it? AVB: I don't really support him now because I just don't think at this age he is ready. I do feel very sorry for him though because he has clearly bitten off more than he can chew but probably does not want to resign because Roman has paid £13m for him and AVB is confident in himself and has a strong desire to succeed. He knows that he has jumped ahead too early and does not have the experience or knowledge to deal with a club with ridiculous expectations of every manager, stupid board members and players who think they own the club. Villas-Boas is doing his best and what he thinks is right for the team and I admire him for showing balls and not letting the players run the club like Ancelotti did but at the moment he is just not ready. I like him and think he will be a great manager in a few years but at 34 years of age he should not be here.
  9. I have defended him up until now but today like they have been for the last few weeks the substitutions were all wrong. Meireles was shocking and why he was not sacrificed for Lampard I do not know
  10. I'd love this. He'd find the biggest striker (probably Adebayo Akinfenwa) and get the goalkeeper to kick the ball as hard as he can up to him. Job sorted. Another World Cup in the bag
  11. Their manager has a touchline ban for both games. We can win this tournament and I am serious. Liverpool got from the quarter finals to the final in 2005 without scoring a legitimate goal and then somehow fluked a win with possibly the worst squad to ever win the Champions League. I mean who the fuck are Smicer, Nunez, Traore, Biscan and Josemi?
  12. I'm sure most of them speak English to a reasonable degree. They just need to know 'football words' really. They don't have to know enough to have in depth conversations about politics, medicine and particle physics.
  13. with the ones you can buy in sports shops you can get the lettering off by washing the shirt without turning it inside out like you are supposed to. It starts to peel off and leaves a bit of a noticeable mark. I imagine lextra is the same
  14. Knowing Chelsea they will probably charge extra because they would be getting rid of number and lettering without getting any money back. In my membership pack it had a voucher for 'free shirt printing' which probably implies that they do charge extra for it. just cut out some paper letters and glue them on
  15. fixed that for you. Lampard as well if he wants to leave
  16. The rebuilding started at the end of 2009/10 when Joe Cole, Belletti, Deco and Ballack and Carvalho left although Carvalho and Ballack should have stayed another season IMO because our squad was thread bare around Winter time when we had injuries and suspensions. However this did not continue in the Summer of 2011. The only first teamer we got rid of was Yuri Zhirkov and the rest were all reserve players. We should have acted and sold 2 or 3 more players in the Summer. AVB wanted time to evaluate the squad but surely the board were intelligent enough to judge which players should have been moved on in June and July time. But once again the board did sweet fuck all to help the team. I don't blame AVB for wanting to evaluate the squad though. For example, Malouda was like a new player under Ancelotti. The rebuilding is a slow process because we have such a solid 'core' of players that joined in 2004 plus Lampard and Terry. This Summer should be busy like in 2004 if we are to remain competitive but we should not forget that Bertrand, McEachran, Lukaku, Piazon and Hutchinson are all available. A decent winger, right back (if Hutch is not good enough) and a new striker would be good in an ideal world with several players leaving. These would be Torres, Mikel, Drogba, Malouda, Bosingwa, Ferreira, Hilario for me. If we want to remain competitive then we need to spend some but the youth must not be forgotten.
  17. If AVB does not play Lukaku and Bertrand from the start then it is the last straw with him from me
  18. we can't expect a new stadium until Chelsea FC show the Chelsea Pitch Owners what the stadium would look like, where it would be etc. so the pitch owners vote in favour of selling Stamford Bridge back to the club and they can build a new ground.
  19. yes lets continually ask Sugar Daddy Roman to dig into his wallet to find us £50m to buy somebody. Why not try a youth player?
