I bet when he's not selected vs. Liverpool, he'll start wishing he'll never switched sides. (I'm really just hoping the universe slaps me in the face with a Torres winner in the 93rd minute in front of the Kop )
You have to think IF! we give the beatdown to Sunderland this weekend, surely we can chip away at that +9 GD lead Liverpool has? That's a reach obviously, but more attainable than City's +12 GD lead with a game in hand.
Luckily Sunderland and Norwich are at home (while Liverpool has to play Norwich away) and maybe Cardiff will already be relegated when we have to play them.
Haven't they been honored enough? Christ, so many people die due to tragedies and not a word about them, yet I can't go 2 minutes without hearing about JTF 96...give it a rest.
I don't think they will with Yaya probably out for the season. P.S. I think you've said that your dad is a Liverpool fan? Scenes at your house probably.
Meh, I won't be sad to see Gerrard lift that, he deserves one. I'd lose sleep over Liverpool fans' happiness though; they only deserve to be miserable, the cunts.
Even if we can't beat them, I think we'll at least get a draw, ending our hopes but probably theirs as well. I'm hoping for a Liverpool win tomorrow, I want the double.
