  1. yeah I was talking about that Sergi guy, I always see him getting retweeted on my timeline, I take it he thinks he's some 'ITK'?
  2. I agree, i personally think Jose just used the 3-5-2 formation so he could throw on as many attacking players as he could to try to win the game. I was saying that if Jose wanted to use the 3-5-2 i'd expect it to be more balanced and the players to be drilled. I personally think the Costa - Schurrle partnership would be beastly, imagine Costa holding up the ball, creating space while Schurrle makes his incredible off the ball runs... it could work.
  3. Bear in mind our midfield was rather weak, didn't we have Ramires/Mikel and Lamaprd in the middle? also we had Schurrle/Willian playing as a wing back, it was ultra attacking because we had to win, normally you wouldn't see Torres/Eto, Ba, Hazard, Oscar, Willian and Schurrle all in the same line up. Ivan - Terry - Cahill (Apzi) Willian Luis Matic (Romeu) (Ramires) Oscar Fabregas (MVG) (Lukaku) Costa Hazard (Schurrle) Maybe something like this? Holland had Kuyt working as a RWB and i honestly think Willian could play that role just as well. I also put Hazard/Schurrle up top to emulate the Robben and RVP partnership. I say this is more balanced as opposed to bringing on every attacking player you have on the bench to try and win the game, like we did against Norwich for Example.
  4. The 4-4-2 has come back as well in the last couple of years.
  5. He's average at best, he can get past players but his end product is atrocious. He should be playing for a mid table team in all honesty.
  6. I personally wouldn't care at all if we sold him, he's good but imo he has too many flaws in his game to ever be great. It's alright scoring goals for West Brom and Everton, but when he plays for a top side he'll struggle IMO, 70 percent of the time teams sit back and as we know Lukaku looks like a headless chicken when he has no space to run into. On top of all that, he's a cunt as well, just watch Luis' interview and compare his attitude to Lukaku'... Luis is arguably one of the best LBs in the game right now and he still wants to improve be more 'complete', whereas the 'humble' 21 year old thinks he's already the complete package, he's a fucking joke.
  7. It's obvious he wants to leave, he only has two years left on his contract so he holds all the cards, unfortunately. I wouldn't be surprised if he's not willing to play second fiddle. If we decide to keep him for another year and he still doesn't sign a new contract than he will go for peanuts, in this ffp era we cannot afford to let that happen.
  8. If he's so humble why does he feel the need to tell everyone through social media?
  9. You're tad late there, mate.
  10. Loans are so hit and miss, it annoys me that Nat played so well for Watford yet we decided to loan him back to another Championship club, last season he should have been playing in the PL... I guarantee if we had Sterling or Shaw in our youth academy they would still to this day be forced out on loan to any old Championship club.
  11. He does look fucking old for a 25 year old
  12. ) in on a free. The transfer fee and freed up wages will allow us to pay him however much he's asking without it denting our transfer or wage budget.TBH i'd rather keep Ramires, he offers the stamina and legs in midfield and will definitely be a part of Jose's tactical plans against the big sides.
  13. Spanish football will suit him down to the ground tbh, they welcome technical players while in the Championship they would rather bigger, stronger players with less ability.
  14. Sami Khedira could become Chelsea's next summer signing as German's agent reveals no deal has been struck with Arsenal http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2694968/Sami-Khedira-Chelseas-summer-signing-Germans-agent-reveals-no-deal-struck-Arsenal.html?ITO=1490&ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490&utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=twitterfeed Chelsea urging Arsenal transfer target Sami Khedira to snub Gunners and join them http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/chelsea-urging-arsenal-transfer-target-3870576

  16. Godin, Koke and Tiago would do nicely now, maybe we could also wear their home strip as our third kit or something...
  17. I'm just happy that the Costa and Luis deals have finally been completed, lets face it we knew they were coming but it's nice to have them join the team for pre season.
  18. Do you think Pogba is worth the cash? i mean if we did sign him how much of an impact will he actually have this season? Jose needs to win something this season so maybe he might want someone like Vidal, who's in his prime and one of the best midfielders in the world.
  19. If United sign Vidal we can forget Pogba, didn't Juve say they'll only sell one? Saying that we're probably not even in for Pogba.
  20. It's weird, he isn't a bad player it's just that I don't think he was ever good enough for a top Pl club.
  21. United must be offering him insane wages, I wouldn't put it past them seeing as Rooney's on 300k, RVP's on 250k and even Shaw, an 18 year old is on 100k.
