Hernandez' overall play is pretty poor though, in all honesty he is just a poacher. I would much rather buy Remy who's not only cheaper but a better all around player that can add more than just goals.

? We all know PSG paid FAR too much for Luiz, it's no secret. Juventus are well within their rights to ask for that amount but until he consistently proves he's one of the best midfielders than we shouldn't offer that much. He may be over hyped but i personally think his aggressive playing style would suit our high pressing. His passing is also very underrated. Mikel is a decent defensive midfielder, he's reliable so in theory he'll be a good squad player, but for me I just think Romeu has the potential to fight for first team football.

I can go as far as to say he's a decent CDM, but one of the best? fucking hell mate, not even close.

People need to look at the game again, you can say Cesc was ineffective today while playing as a number 10, but why do you think that is? our midfielders have to play more risky balls into Cesc. Matic tried if occasional but more often than not they (Matic,MVG+defence) would pass it out to the wings. We need to pass it into Cesc when he's further up the pitch and able to cause damage. I agree that Cesc should be our deep lying playmaker, although we struggled creative wise last season i think it was more to do with our midfielders failing to consistently play the risky ball into our attackers, again remember how Hazard and Oscar had to drop deep to get a touch. The advantage with Cesc playing in the pivot means the likes of Hazard, Willian and Oscar can receive the ball when they are higher up the pitch and in space.

Certain people should be banned from watching Pre season games, they clearly cant grasp the concept of 'pre season'.

Mikel should be sold imo, he will never improve and and although defensively he may be solid he just offers next to nothing going forward. .. tbh he's just uninspiring. Romeu has so much potential, he's a decent passer, very aggressive and presses well. I actually remember back in the AVB days he would be the only one in midfield who pressed the opposition.
