I want us to get two forwards in January then demote Torres to 4th choice, if he wants his place back he can work hard and earn it like the rest of our forwards in the past have had to do. Wishful thinking but oh well.
-
I hate what he has done to this club, Ossie will be turning in his grave at the damage being done to his famous number.
-
How does Cahill keep getting away with below par defensive performances? If Luiz or even Terry for that matter performed like that yesterday they would be getting it from all angles. When he performs crap it get covered up (often the blame shifted elsewhere) and when he performs well he is the second coming of christ. He is a good squad player but that's about his ceiling. Azpi is turning into the new Bale, what does he have to do to feature in a victory? note that our only victory in the last two months he wasn't playing also. Torres what more can be said, i seriously dislike him and that has never happened with me to a Chelsea player before in 18 years. Its not his performances i can live with crap displays it's his overall attitude is nothing short off shocking.

That's not like Sam.
-
I can seriously see us conceding from a set piece or a second ball
-
They showed it at half time, the rest of the dugout celebrated, he just turned around.
-
West Ham won't go down because of one reason, their manager, odious character that he is you can't argue with the results he gets.
-
I doubt it, he is not one for celebrating goals, he has never done it i believe which does have it's advantage's as it means he keeps a clear head.
-
The second balls are crucial without JT and Lamps Allardyce is targeting us from free kicks even at the half way line.
-
Some of his passes were great, his through ball at 51 mins for example. Still needs to work on his defensive side. On another note Jack Butland has to be the most over rated keeper around, he was fucking awful last night and according to my mate who's a Birmingham fan he has cost them about 5-6 games already.

and how do we know the next guy will be as committed and dedicated? for all we know he could be a new version of Hicks or Gillett, then fans will have ture cause to moan at the owners.

Best forum on the net.

That's the point, with anyone other than each other they are fine, just their partnership brings the worst out of each other.
-
Do you think it will eat away at him that his inclusion has coincided with us losing form? It's not his fault in the slightest but it must annoy him that his prem win percentage is under 20%.
-
Despite the last two games we have had a soft underbelly this season, especially without JT and Lamps. Allardyce is the master when it comes to exposing teams with a soft centre and correct me if im wrong but i can't recall Rafa ever beating him away. We have never had trouble with Big Sam teams in the past but i can see that changing.

Its just unbelievable people are still using the service excuse, i mean seriously it is baffling i just cannot believe my eyes. We needed to spend £76m on three creative midfielders just to get Torres scoring on a semi decent rate. Service works both ways and to say Torres doesn't do his bit is a massive understatement. Just watch his attitude in games it's terrible, doesn't move, stands around, gets tackled, its like playing with 10 men, infact it is, i hope Rafa made those comments of him not getting service is for show, the reason he isn't getting the service is because he doesn't do his bit or is it Mata's fault for not playing a perfect pass to a statue? I caught a mere 4 minutes of the Leti game after ours and my god seeing Falcao was refreshing, a forward that moved and made himself available, i thought i died and gone to heaven. Face it Torres is done, no romantic reunion with Rafa or romantic return to Liverpool will change anything, he is finished and you know the sad thing is? he will probably go to Liverpool this January on loan flop and even further decline leaving us a Torres at rock bottom next summer. The sad thing was he was genuinely the one of the (if not the) best forward in the world back in 07-09, his game was so pleasing on the eye now he is just an Akinfenwa without strength (and no im not joking, i genuinely mean it).

To be fair Benitez has never been a manager for showing his emotions. Not even at Liverpool.

I still find it rather ironic that we won the CL with out worst right back of the past 20 years and our worst centre back combination for the past 20 years. I knew from the start Petr Cech will need the game of his life for us to win that night, and thankfully he had exactly that.

No one but hurt by RDM's sacking? you sure? some of the knee jerk comments i saw bashing Roman was ridiculous. The point i was trying to make about Ancelotti is his arrival caused a mixed reaction, ok not to the same extent as Rafa, but not many wanted him here, his league record at Milan was putting a lot of people off and if you want me to find a blog or forum comments to prove that ill try and do so. If Roman respected the fans wishes in that scnereo then he would have looked elsewhere, meaning no double. My initial post was the previous post about Roman not "respecting" the fans view's and i was just pointing out that has happened in the past and turned out to be the right decision.

I have just had a look through the AVB sacked thread and some of the stuff i read from that day (including post's from myself) was cringeworthy. You would have thought that would have taught us to trust the owner.

@super_frank8, I was making the point theat Kez made about the owner not giving a fuck what we think, which is why i put it in inverted commers. The end of the day he will do what he thinks is right for the club like you said whether that means agreeing with us or not, because if he listened to the majority off us in 2009, he would stayed well away from Carlo. Ultimately he will do what he thinks makes us successful and is quite often proven to be right, who was prepared to give AVB more time? well in hindsight if he did he would have cost us the CL.

Not surprised me he hasn't fired on all cylinders yet as this is his first season. He hasn't been too bad i just think he has become a victim of his August success.
