How many has Luiz phoned in? back in 2010/2011 he was literally the only positive coming out of matches that were almost having me in tears. and im not saying Lampard is as lazy player, that's the whole point. Everybody has their 'off days'.
-
Fs, was hoping to see Kalas here. Does this mean KDB number 10?
-
AVB got the job at Tottenham because he was given the benefit of the doubt that the players 'derailed' him at Chelsea. If i were him, i would go somewhere quiet and rebuild my reputation for a while, then try and work my way back to the big time in a few years at 39/40.
-
In his last two years (bar the last month of the 11/12) Drogba performed without a care in the world most games, Lampard had his fair share of them under AVB, yet their regarded as a club legend's. We can't have one rule for one...
-
14/1 on De Bruyne to score first. That's top odds for an AM.
-
My list is up to 9. I only ever had 1 up until last month.

Pleasure to be here

Just because he got 2/3 times more than he should have for Bale shouldn't excuse the fact he/Levy/Baldini wasted most of the money. If we get £30m for Torres, does that mean we should be cut less slack if we go and give Northampton £20m for Akinfenwa? (extreme example, but you get my drift).
-
I agree with everything apart from the highlighted part, Porto had an awful (for their standards) season the year prior to AVB taking over, finished 3rd behind even Braga and got humiliated by Arsenal in the CL.
-
Surprise of the loanee's for me, i wasn't convinced by him before in the ressie's/youth and he was average at Malaga, but he is really proving me wrong so far this season.
-
Our performance's this season have been average, sometimes really bad, but we are picking up result's and hanging in there. Bad performances mixed with results, that formula usually ends in trophies.
-
I hate the 3 week gap between the ties in the second round since they changed the format a few years back. Waiting for the return Inter and Napoli games felt like an eternity.
-
All the excitement we felt when he got appointed in 2011 feels century's ago now.
-
Last two World Cup year's, Eto'o scored the winner against a team with Drogba in it at Stamford Bridge in the round of 16. His team went on to win Their domestic League and the Champions League.
-
Bringing Drogba back would rank upon Arsenal bringing Henry back in the scale of desperation. Our striker problem was arguably worse in 11/12 (with Drogba around) than it is now. Lets leave his legacy be and move on with a new forward and Lukaku next season.
-
I doubt he had a say in any of those signing's. Levy/Baldini got all them in.
-
Drogba will get a well deserved standing ovation before and after the game at The Bridge, but between the first whistle and the last, he is the enemy, and i will be chanting the names off the players trying to take us through, not knock us out.
-
Don't do it Hiddink, don't you dare!!!!

Am i the only one a lot more relaxed about the CL since we have won it? it's great. Before that there was all this anxiety knowing we are still to win it and even more so given our squad was getting on that little bit more by the year. Now im looking forward immensely to the draw, in a hopeful optimistic mood, hoping we can do it, confident we could but at the same time if we didn't we won't have this "another chance for holy grail gone" crap we had to deal with for nearly a decade. Can't wait.

We parked the bus against Steuna (who we brushed aside this season) and played negative at Eastlands, what was it 3 shots and 1 on target? I wasn't a Rafa hater, infact i found myself in a position where i was defending him half the time, but we had some god awful games under him, as bad as anything we have had this season, something that seems to have been forgotten just because were not blowing teams away this term.
-
At the start of the season, for a little bit. I didn't see this "pretty football" on a consistent basis, we had our fair share of games when we looked clueless and never looked like doing anything (Swansea away twice, West Brom, Reading away, Saints away, City away, QPR home, Liverpool away, City home, Fulham home, West Ham away, CWC final, Stuena away, Prague home, a number of matches off the top of my head were we were complete and utter horseshite and devoid of ideas, i can't remember many fancy flicks and 1-2's in those games).
-
That's good then, every time i have heard we are going to get hammered, we either win or draw when we should have won. It's all becoming a bit too predictable.
-
How do you know? he featured in 4 of the 8 matches before his injury, 3 of the one's he didn't being at Old Trafford, Goodison and against Bayern Munich. And regarding KDB, do you think if Rafa stayed he would have played him ahead of Mazacar and Schurrle? never in a million years. Rafa played Moses a lot for the sake of team balance, Schurrle would start every single match if Rafa was still here.
-
While also neglecting Zaha and too an extent Kagawa to occupy a 40 year old. If Van Ginkel didn't get injured, he would be playing a lot right now, no doubt.
