Blame Hiddink for signing Zhirkov. And Ancelotti can't say anything about Hiddink's role really. If Ancelotti wanted to be anything more than just a coach he would have never taken the Chelsea job so he is perfectly fine with others being in charge of transfers.

I keep hearing that Josh McEachran gave the ball away a lot today but that isn't really true. In 64 minutes he completed more passes and had less unsuccessful passes than Lampard who played the whole 90 minutes!

If that is the approach how are we going to get rid of Lampard? He too is old and on huge wages.

My biggest gripe with Ancelotti is you can clearly see that there is very little work done in training. I assume they fanny about with 5 a side for a few hours before calling it a day. The whole team looks disjointed, big spaces between attack, midfield and defence and awful combination play between players. Against good teams we seem all over the place defensively. These are things that no matter what players you have will still make you fail. Look how organised Man Utd were yesterday, every player has a specific role that they are suited to. Hernandez runs beyond players, Rooney exploits space between midfield and defece, Valencia operates the flanks, Park is a workaholic who gets up and down. They are well drilled and extremely well coached. Look at how motivated they came out, look at how they pressed in groups and look at how tight their defence and midfield were. And when they broke they did it with speed. These are things that don't just happen you work at it until it becomes second nature. We use to be like that under Mourinho. You look at our team now and see Kalou being a complete and utter embarrassment, Ivanovic uncomfortable in attacking areas on the right flank, Malouda playing a forward, Drogba dropping deep trying to create and Lampard just being completely irrelevant to the game unless there is a freekick or corner to take. We need a proper coach that will organise, motivate and breathe new life into this club that is dying on it's arse. Fresh ideas and who doesn't care about reputations and will drop players like Lampard when they are sh*t. Carlo is not that man.

Not muh will change. The club have blown most of the budget on two players in January. Instead of signing 2-3 up-coming talents we signed a 50m striker.

We can not integrate Josh into the team for as long as Lampard is still here. He occupies his position and becauseLampard is bigger than the manager and the club he cannot be dropped under any circumstances. Until Lampard decideds to call it a day or we sign a manager who puts him out of his misery and rotates him Josh will continue to be an under-used.

What happened with Luiz and Ancelotti? I seemed to have missed it but heard there was a little bust up?

I can't decide who was our worst player today but it was between Kalou and Lampard. We know Kalou is simply a horribel footballer and shouldn't be at Chelsea. But Lampard disappeared yet again against Utd. He was horrible and don't let tha goal fool you into thinking he was any good. He has untouchable status he doesn't deserve. Horrible.
