Interesting thing he said in his interview is that before he does anything he will have to read dossiers and start from there. What dossiers and who the hell wrote them? Emanalo? Arnesen? Going on what he has said so far and everything I've read about him you can just tell the mindset and preparation of the players will go back to the levels of the Mourinho days. These are two of the biggest issues I had with Ancelotti. The players simply did not look motivated enough and just seemed unprepared, especially towards the end of the season.

What moron wrote this. Petr Cech has just turned 29 which is very young for a goalkeeper and Terry is 30 which isn't exactly the twilight years of his career. What is with this thing in the media where they want to paint the whole Chelsea squad as old? They're even calling late 20s old now!

Quick question about Drogba. Has anybody else wondered whether at this stage in his career Drogba actually wants to start every game? Maybe he is happy with saving his energy sometimes and not always having to play 90 mins.

It is a cliche because Drogba didn't kick up a fuss when he was benched in favour of Torres. Remember the secod leg at Old Trafford when Torres stunk up the game in the first half and Drogba came on and gave us hope? Football is a squad game and he will start plenty next season. Sturridge has done well but I still wouldn't have him in favour of Drogba and Lukaku doesn't even deserve a mention at this point in his career.

Keeping Drogba for another year doesn't, and shouldn't, cast doubt on a new beginning for Chelsea. In fact keeping him is insurance if Torres goes on another 1 in 14 run. Letting go of both Anelka and Kalou makes far more sense because Drogba is easily a better player than both irrespective of age and as we saw last season malaria! Besides I want Drogba to get a Chapions League winners medal when we lift the Cup next season. He deserves it

I think Ancelotti was hired to see if he can eke out a little bit more success with a first team that was coming to an end. I honestly think they're gonna blow the squad up this summer and there will be MASISVE changes starting with Mr Boas.

Roman gave Boas the money in briefcases. He had Bruce Buck follow him just to make sure he didn't do a runner with the money.

Emenalo is apparently the chief opposition scout. No wonder we lost so many games last season!

I love Zola and would have him here at any capacity but I'd rather Boas came here with his own group of assistants. Hopefully we can start clearing out all the useless assistants and coaches currently working with the first team.
