Carlo will leave whether you like it or not !!! And the explanation is very simple : It's not that he wastes our youth talent It's not that his substitutions are shit It's not that he is poor tactically It's not because he lacks motivation It's simply because of Lampard , Essien , Drogba , and most recently Torres ..... i can understand if malouda , kalou , anelka and co. have a bad game and we say that was their faults ..... but Lamps , Essien , Drogba have been consistently world-class players for over 6 years !!!! do you really believe that they suddenly got old and lost it , O.K. if Drogba and Lamps got old what about Essien and Torres !!! I mean is there any player who has improved under carlo's management ?? and don't tell me malouda because he has improved because of hiddink and not carlo . A good manager knows how to get the best out of his players and carlo knows nothing about that ... We have the best squad in the EPl atm , full of world class players and there is not one team that has the quality of players we do but they still look like below average players. give any manager the choice between essien and park , Mikel and Carrick , Lamps and giggs , Drogba and hernandez , terry and ferdinand , cole and evra , ivanovic and oshea and he will choose the blue players !! but right now the other ones looks superb for them , that is because they are bad managed and misused and if you have a better explanation please let me know ..... our confidence seems to be lost and our stars are out shone by average players . CARLO ANCELOTTI MUST AND WILL LEAVE IN THE SUMMER , THANKS MR. NICE GUY BUT PLEASE BE NICE AND JUST FUCK OFF

I can't think of any better replacement to makalele than essien and mikel , and carvahlo was a beauty back then but he was not the main reason we were unbeatable . i think it's more than one factor that leaded to us being unbeatable back then: We were not called a big team yet , so opponents usually used to play their normal game against us but now they have the extra motivation of playing against the champions and they play more defensively. We played with a style that suited our players more , as it got the best out of each and every one of them.We were a very hard team to score against , not because makelele and carvahlo but because of mourinho (give a look at real or inter last year.)we had the ability to punish other teams on the counter , and we always had that extra fear factor of mourinho , that resulted in other teams not knowing how to play against us.but the main reason is (Robben - Duff - Cole) , they were so quick on the counter , had amazing skills and loads of creativity , we lost all of our 3 creative players and since then we asked functional players like lamps and Drogba for creativity . with no creativity in the team , even if we had the best deference and midfield in the world , it won't be hard to score against us as other teams will have nothing to worry about , they won't worry to try something different because when they lose the ball they know they will get it back and that there are no Chelsea players capable of making a decent counter attack. the only way i can see us getting back to our glory days is getting 2 decent wingers/playmakers and getting a decent manager (andres Boas)

malouda , kalou , Drogba and usually anelka are always on the top of their game at the end of each season , because they are afraid of being axed. there are some exceptions like Drogba last season and malouda , but usually that is what happens with the french connection . suddenly at the end of the season they start clicking , scoring goals from all angles , play a football which is a joy to watch . the new season starts and each one of them looks like his former self , malouda always looking to shoot and losses possession , anelka drops back and slows the tempo , kalou missing sitters and Drogba showing theatrics and spends more time on the ground . i hope the 4 of them will be gone by the summer , i don't think we will miss kalou , anelka or malouda but we will miss Drogba and his power and personality but now that torres is here there is only place for one of them .
-
well i am not surprised at all , kalou has always scored and played his best football during the last month of each season , it helps him to keep his place in the squad every season . just saying don't get too excited as kalou will be back to his normal with the start of the new season .
-
Drogba is a superb CF and when in form he is a real beast , but the question now is which one is more important for the future ? and what will we do if Drogba is on form and torres is on form next season , if we played both it will never work . let's face it torres is here now , and our beloved Drogba will have to make way for him whether we like it or not , it is for the future benefit of the team.
-
i would have agreed with you if this game had any importance but the truth is we are out of title race and doesn't really matter if we are 2nd or 3rd . so in that case we , we should prepare for the next season which torres will be vital in . so this is a perfect opportunity to let him get back on the right track with out piles of pressure on his shoulder .
-
Naah , if he had balls he would have done that against man utd , or played bruma against sunderland , or played sturridge when Drogba had malaria , or given more chances to mceacehran ...... he must have read some newspaper and found out how much he is blamed for starting torres in the UCL instead of Drogba , and he thought i will play Drogba to avoid all the blame .
-
Who would you pick: Aguero, Neymar, or Lukaku
BLionheart replied to Chelsea Zone's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
i would rather have sanchez then aguero then neymar , and let man utd get diouf . -
what the fuck is the point from playing this team , we have nothing to lose or to win . 99% we will be 2nd or 3rd by the end of the league . so just fuckin play torres and benayoun , let them gel with the team i feel sorry for torres to be managed by that coward manager , i bet he is not playing torres because everyone has blamed him for starting him against man utd not because he thinks it's better for the future of the team . can't wait till you get the boot , carlo .
-
Thank you very much carlo but hopefully next season's changes is none of your fuckin business

Injury Latest - Terry, Sturridge & Romeu out injured.
BLionheart replied to BlueLion.'s topic in Matthew Harding Stand
No , it actually shows me that carlo has made the wrong decision again . and btw Van der Wiel shouldn't be a priority at all , we have iva as 1st choice, with bos as 2nd choice, while ferrera will leave ..... in case iva is injured in a big game and we wouldn't like to use bosingwa , i think Essien , Luiz or may be ramires can cover that area . Van der wiel is so overrated -
O.K. let's face it , if carlo was to stay then the board would have came to public and said that the club supports carlo , and that they trust him . but they don't and while you are reading these lines , they are weighing their options and looking for the right man to replace him.

Injury Latest - Terry, Sturridge & Romeu out injured.
BLionheart replied to BlueLion.'s topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Alex has just been back from a 6 months injury , and carlo rush him to the man utd game .... again another player re-injured due to rushing him back . i hate our medical stuff . -
a good manager will get the best outcome of the available options , he won't risk his players specially his only good forward to gain results and to avoid the sack . when carlo played Drogba it was because we were in a " bad moment" and carlo didn't know what we do , so he just wanted to get out of that bad moment at any cost to avoid the sack without estimating the consequences . and we all have seen how we ended up.
-
Drogba is that convicing compared to kalou and anelka , and since carlo is a coward he couldn't leave Drogba out so he has let Drogba suffer to get the best possible results on the short term because carlo can't handle the pressure he is under. and because carlo is so naive he didn't know that a player playing with malaria will never win you games week in week out , he didn't know that Drogba's health will get worse and worse as well as his performances . and he didn't know how much will that affect the team . long term manager my arse .
-
tbh , it all started with mourinho . but then i developed this bond with the likes of Lamps , JT , Drogba , Maka , Essien , godjensen and co . ... i started to support chelsea for 2 reasons: 1- Mourinho : i used to support mourinho since his days with porto and i liked his tactics 2- Man utd : My most hated team . but now those reasons mean nothing for me .
-
this time of each season is when i watch the likes of kalou , anelka and malouda coming back to life , now kalou is gonna work his ass off in training , get some games , score some goals and he is gonna end up in chelsea again next season wasting scoring opportunities , and playing like shit again .... till the end of next season . Call me crazy , but i think we have players who only performs at the end of the season to avoid being sold , and sadly it works . Kalou a player which has been doing that year in year out . Kalou , Malouda and anelka MUST leave , we need real play-makers and wingers .
-
i know carlo isn't like that but JT and others are , and if they aren't then why did they have their best seasons under mourinho a manger who is known for pulling the axe on underperforming players . and if they are not , then can you please explain the sudden return to form of Drogba and malouda !! that is mainly because they fear the axe at the end of the season , now they are starting to perform because they know they are very close to be sold . it's not about proper professionals , it's about human beings . if there is no punishment , you won't always do your best . there has to be a prize to keep you looking on the right track and there has to be a punishment in case you drift from this track . the problem with carlo is that Drogba and co. know that they will play no matter what , now some are performing again because the summer is nearing and they wouldn't like to be sold .
-
well if you don't mind , i added a couple of points there for you , so your reasons for him to stay again is : - double winners : a manager shouldn't be judged only by results because if that is the case then he would have been sacked months ago , so let's see why has he won the double :his system was kinda new to many managers , and they didn't expect that all our game play will come down through our left back and on the left side . but as soon as they figured it out we were fucked up.he had no real challenge as man utd had their poorest season in a decade , where they lost their best 2 players and goal scorers without getting any replacement . i mean imagine chelsea having the same squad as last year and losing lamps and Drogba .... we wouldn't be a big power , would we ? but still they were one point behind us .we were really lucky because we had no key injuries except for essien , and we didn't have big matches coming in bad times . -Stability : Can we please define stability ? it means continuance without change; permanence..... can you understand what will stability now mean ? it means that we will be stable and we won't changein other words our current form and quality will be permanent .i would love to have stability but i would like to have that as winners not losers . stable losers are not what we are looking for .now we are declining and if we don't stop that decline this season by change , things will be very hard next one . Let him right his own wrongs, if the same happens next season, let him go: that is exactly what happened last season . and he didn't right his own wrongs this one !! we lost to man utd in a very similar way to the one we lost to inter and by the same results 2-1 away , 1-0 home .he is the last one to recognize a defect , the diamond last season , the need for 4-4-2 this one , the inability of ferrera to play as a CB . the dropped form of many players .if things keep going the same way and carlo "didn't right his wrongs " then next year most probably we will have no seat in the UCL. - See if he's capable of sorting things out: He is not , if he is capable of sorting things out , don't you think he would have done that during the last 7 months .
-
a bit contradictory i would say .... you admit that carlo got the best out of his players in only 7 games last season and 8 games this one , that means 15 games out of 2 seasons in which we have played at least 95 games ... i guess 15 games out of 95 isn't that impressive , is it ?? you point to the fact that a second man , ray wilkins had much greater effect than carlo , that clearly carlo was unable to motivate his playes after wilkins was sacked , well if that is the case then shouldn't we get a manager who is better than his second man ?? i mean wilkins is decent second man but not that great to be better than the main chelsea manager . in other words , if wilkins is better than carlo . then carlo doesn't deserve to be here . you noticed that carlo lacked bravery , how can players respect and fearhim ??? yes players must fear their manager and if you have ever played professional football , you would know that . you have also said that he needs to stop making pointless changes , and you point to his disability to change a game wih his substiutions and his bad reading of the game . and finally you have pointed very well to the reason why we lost in the UCL to inter and man utd , because "we didn't and still don't know our best XI or our best formation." "we showed no belief we could actually get through and not everyone knew their jobs" those were your words and great words i would say . but after all that you say you would like carlo to stay , you give some strong reasons to sack him and then you say let's give him some time ?????????????????? the only good thing carlo did according to your post was that he got the best out of his players in 15 games and that was out of 95+ games my friend . and please check who were those games against , not all of them was bad teams but most of them . if i have read your post without this part where you say you would like carlo to stay , i would say you are making some very good points for him to leave .

Of course trophies are very important , i mean that is what every top team is aiming for but my main concern is not trophies . so regardless the fact that we lost the EPL , UCL and both cups ... my main concern is carlo is not the right man for this job. Man utd are really lucky but i don't believe that trophies are won only by luck so there has to be another explanation , mine is that even though we have a much better squad and starting 11 , they have a much much better manager in SAF . and when you start looking at the strengths and weaknesses of carlo you will notice that his weaknesses outnumbers his strengths .... as a matter of fact i can't find one thing that he excels at , not a tactical genius , not a great motivation-er , doesn't posses great management skills , not great with the youth and not a strong personality . when hiddink lost in the semis against barca no one could blame him and no one said that he is a bad manager , but the same can't be said about carlo .... i could have understand if we lost to barca or real in the UCL or if Man-utd won the league with a better squad like what they had back when ronaldo and tevez were around . but the truth is we have a squad which is 100 times better than united's and 10000000 times better than arsenal's but still they are 1st , 2nd and we are 3rd . my point is as long as the manager is doing the right things , making the right decisions and getting the best possible outcome from his players no one can blame him . but is carlo doing so ??
-
that must have hurt.
-
so now Mourinho and hiddink suck !!! O.K. let's discuss carlo's impressive double .. we started last season by scratching results which is not a bad thing but we were not playing good football neither , that was because of the amazing diamond he used , everyone including my 9 years old brother knew the diamond is not working and that teams has figured out how to face carlo's exceptional diamond . he didn't care about lamps is misused in this formation , he didn't care that malouda who was then in the greatest formof his life has no place in the diamond . i know he was experimenting with his new team but i guess if i can figure out this formation is not gonna work then any good manager would have known that before i do . anyways he insisted on using the diamond untill the african cup of nations , where he was forced to use a 4-3-3 because there were no Drogba , or kalou so he had only one striker .... and just then he realized that this one suits us more , we had a lot of bad moments last season as well and personally i wasn't impressed at all by our game-play except for the last month or two . Man utd had their worst season in 20 years after they lost their best 2 players and top scorers and still they were 1 point behind us , even though we had a superb squad full of world-class stars and their only world class star by then was rooney ....!!! on our home game vs. man utd , carlo were out played by ferguson tactically and he looked like he is incapable of finding a solution , in our 2nd leg we played united without their only star (rooney) and we won by an offside goal for Drogba , everyone was and still praising carlo for his master-stroke to leave Drogba out while this game should have been an easy win with or without Drogba ... against inter , do i need to point to the fact that carlo was humiliated on a tactical level by mourinho home and away ?? his misjudgment and disability to know the abilities of the player is another disaster , as on many times he chose the wrong players in the wrong positions like playing lamps on the tip of the diamond , ferrera as a CB , torres instead of Drogba ..... etc. and he is not a good motivation-er as well , as we all know what those players are capable of , and what he is getting out of them . In my own opinion , i think we could have won the double last year even if Grant was in charge as there were no one else capable of being a real threat to challenge us to the title . please if you think carlo should stay because he is a good coach tactically and you like his man-management skills then i will be very interested in discussing this , but if your only reason is stability then pardon me but that's fuckin bullshit ...... Stability is needed but i would rather be stable as a top club rather than being stable as an average club , give a look at arsenal they do have stability don't they !! but stability is not everything, is it?

believe me , lampard will come to his own once ancelotti can fuck off.
