yes,he is ... he will be the perfect partner to john terry . may be him and alex are on the same level but luiz will be the better option to play alongside with terry and he is very young .

well we need to sign david luiz this month . Sanchez and lukaku in the summer. and if i had to choose one i will choose sanchez , we desperately need a right winger !!! and he is not an average RW , he is very very special player if u ask me . we have 4 CBs including bruma , and we have some ok options for midfield , we need some creativity.

as much as i am delighted with ramires's improvement and how he turned to a vital player but him being voted as MOTM against blackburn is not god news for me ..... it seems weird that our best player against blackburn is a pure tackler , let's face it ramires has been phenomenal but he should shine against the likes of tottenham , man city , arsenal and man utd ... against Blackburn we are supposed to have possession for at least 60 % , so when we have posession ramires's role is not very vital but it reflects how bad does our front three performs that in a game where 80% of the time was spent in the opposition's half , not one of them had the spark or needed creativity . a factor which should always play in the favor of our front 3 , actually played against them because that showed how bad they are right now ..... thumps up for ramires and iva but worried about the future with those 3 upfront.

not even close to being back to our best , we only created one good chance for anelka when he hit the bar . but our 2 goals came from coners which were not played good but thanks to terry , iva and some bad positioning from Blackburn they went in , even ramires's chance came from a personal effort where he tackled and then shot . for us to say we have turned the corner we need to : 1- have at least 3 or 4 clear scoring opportunities created from a team play not a deflection or a personal effort . by other words look like we are more likely to score than not now it always looks the other way around. 2- win a game where we conceded 1st , we always look calmer and more confident when we score 1st but when we concede 1st we are screwed . 3-Drogba starts scoring freely again . (our main and only striker must be able to score) 4-malouda and anelka must have some creativity not the same left ... back ... right ... back ... left .(Drogba had to come out on the wings for us to get some decent crosses and no one was there to turn them in). 5-Lampard back to his former self , i think this one is being established right now. i pointed to anelka , Drogba and malouda because now i am 100 % sure they will be our front 3 as long as they are not injured , they don't even have to be 100% sharp and fit .

let me explain how this has worked my friend , we had lampard injured , benayoun replaced as he is 30 and he was injured , zhirkov replaced him as he is 26 , essien was suspended , so it was either ramires 23 or mceacheran 17 , off course it was ramires . and now ramires is playing only because mikel was injured , so it was not a tactical move . and i won't be surprised to find ramires on the bench next game if mikel is ready . when it comes to players selection and substitution , carlo's main indicator is player's age and experience .

well as much as i hate to say this but you are damn right , and i am not only pointing to their close relationship off field , but you can always see that Drogba connects with each one of them better than others . Drogba's chemistry with malouda , anelka and kalou is way better than anyone of them with the other. but the question is what about sturridge ?!

well , i don't think he is being deployed as a holding midfielder .. i think carlo is trying to make him our own xavi not pirlo or at least i hope so ..... if u ask me mceacheran is more of an iniesta than a xavi .

ramires was without a doubt our best player today , he showed passion and added needed pace to our game , his passing improved a lot ... but to be fair ivanovic stole the show with his goal and assist . can't wait for the bison to be back to his olderself and play alongside with this tireless ramires , those two will destroy any midfield in the world when on form . also iva , only a worldclass footballer can score the 1st goal .

well , benhaim and sidwell both came out and said that they are trying to improve during their time with chelsea , even Drogba said that in the start of this season . players say that to show that they work hard and they are committed , ffs he had 5 years to improve . it was mentioned before hundreds of times , kalou will never be a top quality player , poor finishing , poor passing , poor vision , poor technique , poor awareness ...... he has only good pace and positioning so overall he is not average , he is poor .

It is clear that big decisions need to be made regarding Ancelotti , players and letting off old players . CFC is crumbling and everything seems to be falling appart . Change is needed and it has to take place fast . we have seen a lot of topics lately about which players should continue and which should leave , which players should we be buying and which positions needs strengthening , is carlo good enough or should he be sacked just like the others .... no one can deny that we need new players , that the likes of kalou , anelka , hilario and ferrera are not good enough for chelsea or that Ancelotti's position is under threat . but the kind of change that we need is not all that , it's very simple we need our football club to be run by professional footballers and they need to get all the support they need , we need to change the culture and the way the club is run from inside .... things will get more clearer this month , whether carlo will stay or will he be sacked , he has confirmed that we need new players but will he get all the support he needs to get world class players like David Luiz or will we end up looking for cheaper options like cahill or samba , will the under 20's start to get chances now that the senior players have done every possible thing to prove that youngsters can't do worse , i mean what's worse than getting 10 points out of possible 33 .... i think the next 3 or 4 months will be a great indicator to where this club will be within the next 3 or 4 years.

Ramires's improvement in the last 2 games has been obvious , some say he is finally getting to his own while some others think he is adapting to the pace of the EPl but i have some other thoughts ...... one of the main reasons for ramires's improvement is another player and this player is frank lampard , ramires always struggled to pass the ball or to find a man to pass to , that's where lampard has helped a lot . lampard's presence in the midfield is essential for this kind of players , who needs a player in the midfield who is always available for the pass , this makes ramires's life a lot easier because he is not very creative and his passes are not accurate so in tough situations instead of having to find a team mate or one of the front three lamps will be there to get the short simple pass .

off course we do but only as a back up for essien , i would love to have a midfield of essien , lamps and a creative midfielder (hamsik-pastore) with mikel amd ramires as back ups , let's face it mikel may be is not the best DM right now but as blue lion said he is 23 , he can improve and he will have loads of experience in 5 years when there will be no essien . we should keep him but that doesn't neglect the fact that we desperately need hamsik / pastore .

both Luiz and ivanovic can play as side backs , we can definitely use Iva instead of ferrera . and alex spends half the season injured anyways.
