well , if carlo shouldn't be out in the summer ..... would you please tell me when should he be sacked ??? we are have lost the league and with this kinda form we will be out of the UCL sooner or later , if we are lucky we might get the fa cup , and we are already out of the carling cup .... and we might lose our UCL spot as well as we are already in 5th place now... so if this is not enough to prove that he is not doing a great job , then please tell me when would you think that enough is enough ..??

too get a good partnership you need a CF who is goal poacher who should score 20+ goals every season and that should be torres , and you need a shadow striker who is not as good finisher as your CF but his skills should be his ability to move the ball , his smart movement , he should be very active and mobile , he should be trying to find solutions and not just wait around for chances to score .... that is kinda like anelka and i can see sturridge fitting perfectly in this category .... being a good out and out goal scorer doesn't mean you can't play as SS , rooney is a great CF , tevez is a great CF but they are both much better when used as SS .... if sturridge hits the standards he is expected to , then he will absolutely be able to play alongside torres

yes , he was ..... against man utd at homa SAF has outsmarted him and tactically they were the better team .... against inter home and away mourinho has made carlo look bad when he had no solutions . we only have good games tactically against arsenal , but every other big game our players look like not knowing what should they do , not following specific instructions ..... and that is the difference between average and great managers ... great managers know how to get their players to understand and perform under a specific formation where each of them has a specific role in that formation .... in that way when some players are injured , teams don't suffer because who ever comes in knows exactly what he should do .. may be who wouldn't be able to perform at the same level but a least he knows what his role is ... and it is obvious that our team doesn't have that , because when Drogba is out and anelka is in as a CF , each one of them plays with a completely different way , same goes with mikel and essien as DM , with ramires and essien as RCM ... with malouda and kalou ... each player plays his own game and that i why we end up losing , we end up saying that the players are not performing ...! well that would have worked if we had players like messi , kaka , ronaldinho ... because those players brilliance comes out from not knowing what they might do and that is why it was pretty obvious we needed one of those players .... but our players are very functional and needs to know exactly what should they do before they have the ball at their feet , and that is also why the likes of essien , mikel and even lamps had made a lot of missed passes this season ....

i never said that we have won the double because of luck , what i was trying to highlight was how the very simple mission of winning the epl , without any real competition .... turned into this very tough contest of a great squad trying to win more points than a very average squad who took a very long time to learn how to play without ronaldo and tevez .. i was very proud and happy when we won the league , one of my friends said that he had never seen me that happy before .... but still i was far from satisfied .... again my point is with a better manager we would have won the league last season six weeks earlier and we would have been top of the league this season by now

the fact is we have the best defensive line in the epl : bos/iva - luiz/alex - terry/iva -cole/zhirkov compare that to rafael/g.nevielle - ferdinand/smalling - vidic/evans -evra/oshea the best midfield as well : mikel/essien - essien/ramires - lamps/benayoun/zhirkov compare that to carrick / scholes - fletcher/gibson/anderson one of the best attacks as well : anelka/kalou -Drogba/anelka -malouda/zhirkov this is without including youngsters like McEacheran - PVA -Bruma - Sturridge - Kakuta who has all with the exception of kakuta and bruma (who still need time IMO) already proved to have a great potential and showed real talents .... and also this without torres .... So let's just admit that carlo mismanaged this squad .... he made crucial mistakes and some unforgivable errors that has led to those players who was at their best a few months back to loss of form , loss of confidence in their personal and team ability !!! let's just admit that really rood managers like mourinho , SAF , Hiddinck and gardiola can achieve a lot more with a lot worse squad ..!!!! and let's just admit that last year's double was not very deserved as we won the league by a margin of 1 point , while man utd our only threat had just lost c.ronaldo and teves which made them look like shadows of their former selves.. let's just admit that we had very tough times last season , even though we had no real competitors and that if a decent manager was in charge last season we would have had that league 5 or 6 weeks before the end .... let's just admit that carlo ancelotti is a very average manager , with average coaching skills .

he should be getting the odd 15 min. but in big 4 matches he shouldn't come in yet .... but against the likes of wolves , westham and blackpool he must start ... they are playing with 11 men behind the ball they are not a big threat so we need joshua to start and help open their defenses with his perfect passes ....

well let's ask ourselves what are the qualities that we need in our manager ??? 1- Tactical awareness ( i will give carlo 6/10 ) 2- ability to read games ( 5/10 ) 3- ability to motivate players and get the best out of them (2/10 ) 4- ability to work with youngsters , improve them and integrate them into 1st team (3/10 ) 5- have the charisma and balls that can earn him his players respect (4/10 ) 6- have good relationship with players and abrahimovic (9/10 ) 7- a long term manager (10/10) ..... 100- a nice man who won't get others to hate us (10/10) My point is overall carlo is a poor manager , his best qualities are not vital and his weaknesses is by far more than his strengths .. it would have been nice for us to get a long term manager , but tbh if anyone that has earned his sacking out of all the managers we had ... then it's carlo ... when players like lampard and essien looks lost on the pitch , and people say the whole team lacks energy .. no as a matter of fact we have a lot of energetic players like lamps , essien , ramires , malouda , ivanovic , a.cole ..... but the team lacks confidence , desire and motivation ..... and the players can't help it ... now they have that feeling they are gonna lose , they are not on the right mindset .... carlo even without torres and luiz , had the best squad in the epl ... the truth is he fucked up !!! they were great untill some needed rest but carlo didn't have the balls to give youngsters chances and rest some tired stars ... (don't tell me , they are so young ... give a look at wilshire , hernandez , rafael , pedro , even that shitty midfielder gibson starts ) players started to fall one after another due to injury but carlo refused to give youngsters chances ... that made Drogba and co. have their mindsets as they are irreplaceable !!! they know always there will be next match for them even if theyrae shit so if i am not scoring today ... no problem i will score next game ... and youngsters started thinking about which clubs they would like to get loaned to .... carlo insists on using the same tactics and players that has proved o be a complete waste for months ...... and refused to give the likes of Mceacheran , sturridge deserved chances !!!! finally we all should know that carlo will keep using the diamond as he has no balls to drop Drogba and if he drops torres he kows abra will sack him ..... we will have more and more struggles and probably be out of the ucl within the quarter finals round .... then carlo will get sacked ...

sturridge can make a great second striker , with his pace , great ball control and intelligent movement .... he might be a kalou who is actually able to dribble , pass and score

Luiz shouldn't start his first EPl game against liverpool under the current circumstances of us getting torres and them getting suarez and carrol .... this game will be very tough and every team will give it all they have .... and as much as a class defender he is and possessing simply all the skills to be the perfect partner for terry , don't expect this partnership to be at it's best at day 1 ... so luiz should start against fulham , and if we are winning against liverpool he should come in for bosingwa at 75th min. .... Torres must start ...... apart from the fact that he is fernando torres , the best striker in the epl now and may be in the world ... we can't afford to let kalou start , he had a good game against sunderland but let's face it how often does that happen ?! also let's imagine the game scenarios if torres is not starting, the perfect scenario 1 : we are winning , now torres comes in with 20 minutes to go and even if he scores , this goal won't mean a lot because it will come from a winning position , not as if this goal won us the game or anything ... the worst case scenario : we are losing , now torres comes in and he has loads of pressure on him to score against his former club in his 1st game with us or we will lose .... and he only has 20 minutes to go !!! in both cases his morale won't be at its best as in the 1st case he will know it's just he meaningless 20 minutes that the new signings get to have their cameos , so his determination won't be as high as it should be ... in 2nd case the pressure to score will kill him . but if he starts the pressure will be much less as he will get 90 minutes to score instead of just 20 and the determinationn will be much much more . start torres against liverpool and luiz against fulham

i know you all will hate me for saying this , but Drogba and torres are both at their best as lone strikers specially torres , he excels at moving within between the opposition CBs , he struggled with spain when played next to villa . also Drogba and torres will not be the partnership you are all hoping for , i hope i will be proved wrong but they are both CF and to have a good partnership you need one SS . but luiz will be the perfect partner for terry and he can play as a RCB btw . when it comes to transfers , i wish we could be just like barca ..... it is as simple as barca has signed villa or afellay , but with chelsea you get a month and a half of negotiations where no one knows if that is gonna end with the transfer or not .

well i know a lot of people here don't think this should be a top priority signing because we have two world class defenders in ivanovic and alex to pair up with terry but this guy is different class . as pure personal comparison he might be just as good as alex and iva if not better but the difference he will make is , he will be a great partner for Terry , with his pace and superb reading of the game also his impressive ball distribution from the back he will add a lot of missed quality to our backline . it's not just that but also he can comfortably play anywhere in the back 4 , so with bosingwa's current form and ferrera who has proved to be a liability we need iva switch back to RB and we will have alex as a sub who will rotate with terry and luiz . we will not have to worry about our back 4 within the next 3 or 4 years when terry and alex starts to age although i believe terry will continue to play at the highest level till his late 30s , and by that time bruma should be more than ready to partner with luiz . keep in mind that luiz is only 23 years , we will hopefully get at least 7 or 8 years of great defender and then we can sell him for 10-15 millions . who would say that is bad businesses !!
