  1. He doesn't assist and score Jokes aside, he impressed me against Newcastle and I hope he keeps doing it.
  2. Hahahahahahahahahaha. Hahaha. Ahahahahaha. What a waste of oxygen... Anyway, at least something cool in that article David Hirshey I'm sending you a big kiss mate, now fuck of and mind your own bussiness. We have teams to beat, goals to score and titles to win ! :cfc:
  3. Oh well, that was the only game I missed for the last 2 seasons
  4. There was the talk that Jose wants Modric to play more offensive then he did at Spurs but Mourinho seems to really like Ozil so I can't see the point of buying Luka for 33mil to keep him on the bench or to bench Ozil. I believe he'll be spending more of his time in the midfield along Khedira, Xabi and Diarra. Anyway, I'm disappointed Levy, I expected this to go on until the very last minute
  5. Should've been given 10-20 minutes against Newcastle...
  6. Jokes and sarcasm aside, when Tiote didn't play for Newcastle we beat them 3-0 and 2-0. When Tiote played for Newcastle we lost 0-2 at the Bridge
  7. Let me put things into perspective. ... I am a decent footballer. I get a chance to live in London, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, play in the best league in the world for one of the most ambitious clubs in the world that win a trophy almost every season and work with many of world's best coaches. I get a massive weekly wage, train at a world class facility with the world's biggest football stars like Drogba, Lampard, Shevchenko, Ballack, Torres, Cech, Essien, Hazard and others. People treat me well and I am not really an ambitions person since I realized that I will never be a football icon so I lost a bit of motivation. Hell why change my life when it's almost perfect? My trophy record is growing like crazy, I have my daily routine, I know the City well and I have lots of friends here. And let's not forget, I get to travel around the world like crazy and get the chance to see some amazing things all around. ... So? Is he a legend? No and a big no. Is he a true professional and a great guy? I can't name a bigger pro then him indeed, but hey, I am also a great guy and a big professional yet people don't go around calling me a legend (unless they are really drunk but then for them everyone is a legend anyway ). I am not trying to take away for what he has done because he really has been a loyal servant for the club, but you know it's not like he had to go through hell with tiny wages or trophyless seasons year after year sacrificing his career or something... Hell, let me ask this. Has anyone of our players (pointed towards better ones with youngsters excluded) ever wanted to leave? I can only remember Robben because of his injuries and because he suddenly realized it's actually his dream to be playing for the world's best club that has the god given right to win everything (Real Madrid )? As a matter of fact, we have a problem of getting rid of players we don't need. AVB kicked out Alex and Anelka, we waited for Kalou's and Bosingwa's contracts to run out and Malouda is still at the club. I don't like to talk about whether someone is a legend if he is still playing for us, but for me only Drogba, Lampard, Terry and Cech are worth that title.
  8. Don't want him here. He is not good enough to be taking games from Lukaku and Sturridge, simple as that. At 27 years of age he is at his peak and I'm not really impressed.
  9. Our best performance in the new season. I don't know if we were really that good or Newcastle wasn't up to their max, but it was probably a bit of both. We had good movement and meaningful attacks with some nice defending. Our defense looked good generally throughout the game and 2 deep midfielders were doing their job very well. Mikel did good and Meireles' passing was alright which came to me as a big surprise... Front 4 were good, though Bertrand didn't get involved in our attacks that much except some simple passing. Hazard had another great game and that backheel pass for Torres' goal was wonderful. One of the rare well worked Chelsea goals I've seen for some time. Torres did also well and I'm really happy to finally see him realize that he is a striker, not a winger...he still looks to me as he isn't as agile as he was before, but he is scoring and honestly that's all I want to see from our strikers. Anyway, I'm really happy to see us grab a routine win against one of the strongest teams in EPL and to see our performance gradually improve game by game. And one last thing...TOP OF THE LEAGUE, TOP OF THE LEAGUE
  10. You could've simply asked that in Essien's thread rather then creating a new one just for the sake of 1 question. Merged. Anyway, welcome to the forum
  11. Great first half. Brilliant from Torres and Hazard on the 2nd goal and I'm really happy for Eden to score his 1st one. Keep it up Chelsea
  12. Rooney cut http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeFVvNMuf6Q&feature=player_embedded

  14. No JT and Meireles is in the midfield...could go both ways, but I'm optimistic and there's not Tiote for them so let's see what happens. Will be a tough game.
  15. Perhaps but I don't care if he was a postman in his past he played as a winger for Wigan and he has done it well there. His crossing is also nice.
  16. Squad news David Luiz is back in contention for a start following a slight knee problem which is especially welcome as John Terry is a doubt with a neck injury suffered against Reading. New signing Marko Marin may miss out again. The Ameobi brothers, both of whom have nursed hamstring injuries, and influential defender Fabricio Coloccini (thigh), may all return to action for Newcastle. Demba Ba faces a test having missed the the Europa League game with a sore shin. Cheick Tiote is a doubt with a calf strain.
  17. I watched the whole game. He had his moments, but generally wasn't involved or felt unsure. It's not easy though playing against Borrusia at their own stadium and having the shit pushed out of you with their high pressure defending. Add the fact that he played as a striker in a new team and things become much clearer.
  18. Not a big name and a star, but he is a true winger with great dribbling skills and pace that favors playing on the right wing. He is already used to PL and won't be on massive wages. He is also only 21. It's really difficult to find a right winger as good as Moses but also as young as he is. Great signing.
