  1. I'm about to go and give English lessons to my friend Shit man, I know how you feel. I've battled the fucking thing and I know how annoying and frustrating it can get. If you need any help, I'm here for ya
  2. I'm pretty sure Lloris is an important piece of AVB's future project
  3. Alright lads, he's is of to Zenit. You can discuss about the Russian league here. Locked.
  4. I love my brother Russians andI CSKA Moscow and Zenit
  5. No need to make fuss about it lads, it's merged
  6. That we don't need to threads for him here? Merged.
  7. Great song. It's really nice to see a new song released...hopefully there will be more soon
  8. Chill, with Essien and Meireles gone, Romeu will knock his arse of now
  9. Oh yeah, forgot 'bout it. Still, I doubt Robbie will give debuths to both Moses and Azpi.
  10. Not that I care much @Heartbeat but I won't say I like your signature
  11. Wow...I did expect Raul to leave us, but when the window closed I thought we would keep him for another season as a backup. It was obvious he had no real future here, especially in our 4-2-3-1 since he is neither ideal for be deployed as DM and neither as CAM. Still he did his part last season and kicked some serious ass in Champions League. He won 2 great trophies here and played quite a number of games. If he is not ready to accept a squad role he should move on since he is 29. It was nice having him, his epic tattos and his mohawk here. All the best mate!
  12. Actually, I was hoping to see both Oriol and Mikel start in the double pivot. Both are calm passers, have good movement off the ball and are strong lads. They are also both young so if they work out it would help us a lot for seasons to come.
  13. I would rather say, the right time is as soon as possible. January? Why not? He has enough quality to be an instant success and we should have money. If we begin to struggle and bad results begin to emerge, Falcao would be ideal to give us a lift.
  14. I agree with you lads, but it's nice to see him come out and speak about something like that which shows he has confidence.
  15. I do have to say, some people here talk about him like he is one of the best DMs in the league. It's a wrong approach because Oriol is still young and hasn't played football in some time, and if he was given a chance against QPR for example and he didn't do well, those same people would get on his back with criticism and conclusions that he isn't ready when in fact, he just needs some time. That said, I would hope to see him soon in action. Barcelona deal seems less likely now when they have Song and with Essien on loan, he will need to step up. Romeu's age is also good, he is young but he is ready for PL and to deal with the pressure.
  16. Am I the only one that thinks Fernando talks a bit much to the media? Still, nice of him to come out and say things like that full of confidence. I wish him all the best, but if he fails to impress this season he must he sold while we can still return some money of his purchase.
  17. If I was him I would really like to join a Premier League club. He is in his prime and it would be a shame to waste it in Spain battling for Champions League spot while Barca and RM battle for the League... I have been in absolute awe with Falcao for quite some time. Since AVB's season with Porto. I like everything about him. The way he moves, thinks, looks and plays. How he celebrates his goals and I especially love that thing of his when he just appears out of nowhere and scores the bloody goal. Should've signed him when he was at Porto...but, I do realize that AVB had a tough situation with Torres and Drogba both at the club and there was nothing he could do about them. I'm pretty sure Andre really wanted to bring him in...imagine a 33 year old manager waltzing into Gourlay's office and demanding for Drogba or Torres to leave the club so he could bring a player, at that moment less known then he is now, that scored a good number of goals in Portugal and Europa League? Atletico brought him in the end to be their main man while AVB was probably told that there is no space for a new striker because club couldn't offload Torres or Drogba. He was probably also told that the club wants to give Torres another chance and that Drogba could leave at the end of the season and that we will enter market for a new striker then.
  18. Not really a step up in his career, but really we were the only one interested from the big clubs. Still, Zenit is a good team that I like and I'm happy to see them get a player of Hulk's quality. Yeah, Russian league isn't rated highly in the world but it is evident that it is growing and this is just a proof of it.
  19. I like that lineup, but I doubt RDM will rotate much. From what I've seen from Robbie, he doesn't like to change his starting 11 a lot. No way he will start Azpi and Moses but I would expect them later on in the game depending on the result and match itself. As I said in my post above, it would be great to see Danny get a run. It's a shame to see him on the bench
  20. Who knows...I've stumbled across some rumors and since this is Real Madrid, the royal club with god given right to win everything, a massive buzz must be made out of everything... Perhaps he really wants to leave, I don't know because he didn't tell me I guess there will be more news in the future...
  21. I believe that the real reason he seemed unhappy is because it was the anniversary of his father's death. Why are there so many reports around? Well Ronaldo is one of the biggest stars in the world, any newspapers who slap Cristiano Ronaldo unhappy at Real Madrid on their front page will attract attention and gets shitload of sales. Not even his quotes tell anything besides that he is not happy: "I'm sad because of a professional issue and the club know why. That's why I didn't celebrate the goals, because I'm not happy. The people [at the club] know why." he told reporters after the match. "It's nothing to do with Iniesta [winning European player award]. I won't talk about this any more and I will concentrate on Portugal for now. There are more important things [than this]." "The people at the club know about this. I can't say any more."
  22. There were some men in black knocking on my door, but my TC bodyguards disposed of them pretty easily. This. I said it lots of times before. Torres would love to return there also and the fact that he already won the CL with us helps also.
