This. I'm so impressed with his tackling. Not just because he's great at it, but because he does it with purpose. It seemed in almost every tackle he's already thinking where the ball should go next. Whether that be passing it to someone as a part of the tackle or where there is the most space to dribble from it. That ability cannot be understated in a team. I think his impact on us will be tremendous

Celebrated like we won the league. Felt so good. The most I've enjoyed a game the entire season. These feelings are the ones that you get when you're winning things, and it's why we need to get back on top next season. Hazard is so good. Plain and simple. Kind of scary how much better we are with him. We need so much more quality next year. Side note: Absolutely disgusting from Spurs. Dier should have been sent off just for challenge on hazard. Then should have gotten his second yellow at end. Dembele should be suspended for the eye-gouge. Lamela should be suspended too. Ridiculous. Poch also shouldn't be running on the field. Should have been sent to the stands. This was shocking from clattenburg and the referee crew (they couldn't see the dembele incident though)

Tried to post this earlier in the other thread but it had locked. So I'll quote you here Mikel was okay. You can tell he's not the most comfortable, so he got caught out a couple of times. It doesn't really help to have Ivanovic as your partner though. He did offer much better possession and building from the back though. I thought matic looked pretty good today. Had some of his trademark tackles and runs. He didn't seem to tire (his run and assist to Hazards second was right at the end too). Hazard did turn off the jets and took it more easy by the end of the game, but looked in surprisingly decent shape. I figured he would be way off fitness wise. I want him to get the nutritionist and fitness coach Messi got a year or two ago (still impressed by the body transformation messi went through then). I think he can get back to his unplayable best and then some if he does this. The first half was extremely back and forth. They had many chances and so did we. We were just more clinical. Really it was that fabregas was unreal. First half was much more bursts of quality. We looked really good going forward at times, but really poor defensively at others. Second half was more dominating. Bournemouth sat back much more and fabregas kept pulling the strings. Fab's performance was one of the best individual performances I have seen the entire season. From any player on any team.

I know this isn't out jersey for next year, but does anyone know if this is real? Like is it actually sold somewhere? I want it.

He really does have such an annoying tendency to just let things happen. He lets so many people just run right by him and in to a dangerous space. It's not just cause he's slow either. He just chooses not to follow people.

Both of these teams seem terrible at defending. Granted, I don't watch either often

He's just one of those talents where you know he's most likely going to be one of the top players in the world. Whether that's at our club or somewhere else, he'll do it somewhere

Well he definitely showed he's not a natural left back. But his positioning was the bad part. Obviously he's going to struggle in that aspect since he hasn't played there much. Only way to improve that is practice and play there in the game. We should definitely keep him there though. I don't think he has quite enough talent to be a top class winger, but he definitely has the potential to be a top left back. He certainly wasn't that great today but I thought it was encouraging display

If it is conte or someone who might bring a 4-4-2 style, that could be big time for traore. I know he's been playing striker when he has come on, but I think his best position is right behind the striker, which is what naturally happens when you play two up top. He might want to try hazard out there first, but I think traore has huge potential there. Very excited about the lad

I think people are overreacting a little bit here. He obviously should have done better with the two chances, much better, but both balls were behind him a little bit. He should have done better, but they weren't as easy as people are making it sound. I thought he held the ball up excellently on 3 occasions that really helped release a lot of pressure on us.

Pep would be my dream. If he brought Thiago with him, my summer would be made. Obviously still need a couple other top quality signings too. Think he would get the most out of the likes of boga, musonda, and possibly RLC. Even if he does come, not sure he would get the chance to work with them. Might be out on loan or sold somewhere

I thought it was very strange that the club points we have agreed to part ways. Now this could just be for damage control. Making it seem like this was not just a board thing we're not going against mou's wishes, but it is a mutual thing. Will definitely help some damage control. But it does make me wonderdoes this mean we aren't going to pay him the compensation. Is it not going to happen now that it was mutual and not just fired but it was agreed to part ways
