  1. don`t worry mate he`s here for years to come. the coaches, his team mates and punters through the turnstiles are happy with him. there`s no reason for him not to be one of the first names on the team sheet. after Cech he`s the player we would most miss if he had a long term injury.
  2. don`t suppose it`s got chirpy chirpy cheep cheep on there? i do perform best in a sequined blue jumpsuit tho i must confess..
  3. yeah it`s nice just to have a mention,votes.. first time i`ve even had a mention as far as i`m aware of..although i`m much more active during the summer than the season.
  4. the Czech ladies beach volleyball team are the best for me. they have nice nungas. and they play in white so they look like they have just been skinny dipping only to find on return to the beach they have only been left with their knickers and bras. haven`t got a picture at hand tho..
  5. do we get a silver and bronze medal as it`s the olympics this month? i`m clutching at straws i know because Jim looks to have taken quite a big lead..with 4 votes ahead of the peloton.
  6. with the after his name in the title i thought the guy died or had cancer or something. great attacking LB. more of a wingback really. i`d say there`s been better LB`s but he`s been the best wingback. certainly in my lifetime. like Ryan said. that goal against France will always be remembered.
  7. i cannot understand why women pay good money to make themselves cry. be it from reading a "weepy" book or watching a "tearjerker" movie . yet if a guy makes them cry for free we gotta sleep with one eye open. i cannot understand why women can go out for a girlie night out on the gin and comeback looking like they have just been to an Alice Cooper convention every fookin` friday.
  8. my fitness and strength was insane in the army. the appetite i built up then is still there (e.g my body still craves a full english breakfast at 6am every morning) but 21 operations have made my body not be able to work out even a tenth as much as i would back then. i class myself as fat now but nobody else calls me fat. with fitness and being healthy although diet is important all foods are fine depending on moderation and how much exercise you do. if i ate everything i ate in the army with the level of exercise i now do. i would have exploded a long time ago..i ate over 6,000 calories a day atleast..now i eat around 1,800. i don`t see the point of body building to the extreme to get women...what`s the point of getting a hot woman when your cock is not much bigger than a tic tac. i have many scars on my body and a pretty fucked up head and almost zero chances of employment now. but enough women to retire now and say i`ve had my share and live with the great memories. things i just cannot understand..cyber bullying would be one of the new ones. i`d never back down from a fight if anyone wants to start face to face. that`s not me trying to act hard but i can`t see what pain any man could inflict on me to what i`ve already felt. but to start fights with people from the "safety" of behind a computer..just seems so cowardly a thing to do.
  9. yeah that`s him. his role as Sil in The Sopranos was his first acting job.before then he was famous for being Springsteen`s "wingman" in the E street band.
  10. can`t wait to get stuck into Tottenham in the upcoming season..with or without Modric..aslong as AVB uses his highline on us keep dinking passes over them into space and watch Ramires leave them in the dust.
  11. i saw the Chillies in Brixton in about `89 on the blood sugar sex magic tour. or whatever it was called..good live band..or atleast they were then..
  12. was Sil with him. or lil stevie as music fans know him as? i`ve just been called sick by my eldest niece..because we tuckin into a pizza watching a new to british tv episode of the deadliest catch and mike off the kodiac just lost the tip of his finger. i`m sick because i carried on eating the pizza as the graphic scene was still on the screen...i win..more pizza for me..
  13. welcome aboard mate. glad you went for the proper Chelsea lion, instead of the Millwall lion tattoo. it don`t bother me who you support in rounders.. :blue scalf:
  14. Quality article as usual Alex. especially the trip down memory lane..even if we don`t share the same opinion on whatever topic. it`s so much better than reading half hearted remarks with nothing offered to back up the opinion shared. It`s not ludicrous to keep Malouda but with Hazard and Marin i presume the 1-2 at LW/LM and others capable of playing there . where does he fit in? i`ve never been a boo bird atleast not against our own. i`ve called Klinsmann a diving nazi cunt (i know not all germans were Nazi`s but when he`s dived for a pen or whatever against us,ya know..we do come from cavemen) but not our own players..never even called Darren Wood "Sharon" when many used to. but i am a bit mean to Flo mo online i guess. most of that has been from the club supposedly wanting to sell him and his seemingly unwillingness to be sold which appeared to be over salary. also i don`t think we should keep a player for his experience when his talent has waned to a level where he`s third choice at best.the same i think about Ferreira. because although there`s young players at those positions they are experienced enough. both Marin and Hazard have enough experience..if we was talking CB then yeah the safety valve of a veteran would come in handy but not so much for the LW/LM position. i believe even with Malouda and Ferreira gone we would still have ample experience where it matters. if Malouda could play multiple positions and perform decently there then great he`d be worth keeping but not just as third choice LW/LM. having said all that..it`s not in our control so all we can do is hope whatever is the best for Cfc happens. and cheer the team on from the stands .
  15. as i said earlier in the thread. if he had to go on loan it`s probably the best possible place for him. he should be able to get in the team but they are still a competitive team in a good competitve league. if he had gone to a lower level EPL team that`s fighting to stay up he may not have been used right if atall down the stretch. i feel good about this loan. good luck KDB
  16. you must have Jedi powers too Hutcho... will Modric ever leave the slums of Tottenham...hope he doesn`t end up at Man U. now that would make more sense than Lucas going there.
  17. Witsel i think would make more sense for Madrid. even tho i think Modric is a better player. if that makes sense..
  18. welcome aboard Luci. Super Dan my favorite Chelsea RB of all time. and i`ve seen quite a few over the last 30 years. i miss him not being our RB but love Branislav so it`s not as bad as it used to be.
  19. i think if i was a veteran goalkeeper who had played my share of career games then i`d be interested in coming to be Cech`s number 2. i`d think along the lines of one injury or suspension and i could play in the European Cup final,Fa Cup final etc.. there are lots of good goalkeepers in Germany at clubs who aren`t able to compete with Dortmund and Bayern.the whole country is like one big factory for good goalkeepers. that would be my first place to look for one. i voted yes in the poll by the way if you hadn`t guessed.. give Turnbull`s place to Walker/Blackmon filling the homegrown place vacated by turnbull. then sign a new experienced goalkeeper to replace Hilario.
  20. I`ll go for Pizy. fits the criteria i had laid out earlier in this thread. and i think the members who haven`t got thousands and thousands of posts could do with a lil encouragement to post some more when they are members who have some good points to make.
  21. i spend about 70% of my time on the internet in here tho. especially in the summer.
  22. i`m on the Clanram forum. have been for 6 years. it`s an American football based site for fans of the St.Louis Rams (formerly L.A. Rams). i think i got the most rep points of anyone outside the U.S. on there..most of the U.S fans of the sport don`t tend to respect the opinions of "outsiders" i have discovered. and a few health related ones including one that i created 9 years ago. but had to close that one and when we started back up at another place i took a back seat and let others run the show now. it`s hard to moderate sites when everyone has brain disorders and you`ve got one yourself. it seems universal on the internet that people who aren`t moderators take mods and admin for granted and forget they are human beings just like everyone else.
  23. a cheeky bid that didn`t pay off. hope we come back with a more realistic offer . OM are obviously desperate for money but for them it`s best to have a poker face about it. i suspect if we come in with an offer of £8m, take it or leave it...they would fold.
  24. I don`t think Oscar and Hazard are taking the places of players better than them.so no problem with those kind of signings. i think it`s when we keep players like Malouda,Kalou,Ferreira etc around that we are doing wrong by our youngsters. i have no problem making signings that are gonna stunt the growth of some of our youth players ,not all of them are gonna make it anyway, but we should only do that by buying/keeping and playing better players ahead of them..we have more than enough experience in our squad without the likes of those players who are getting on the bench when we could be blooding in our youngsters instead.
  25. we`ve certainly come a long way from the days of Bai Lin Tea and Grange Farm etc..as our shirt sponsors.
