Bayern declared they are not interested in Pavard after being linked most of the summer. a player I`d be happy with us signing.would help trim the squad with him being able to put in a good shift at CB and RB.

Until we have atleast one World class CF we don`t need to be worrying about any of them getting enough minutes,fook all of them..fight for the place. it`s a position clearly up for grabs.

Klopp joined LFC in October 2015 so he hasn`t even been there 3 years yet let alone 4.

4 spots for LW/RW starter and depth of Hazard,Pedro,CHO and anyone of Pulisic or Bailey I`d be more than happy with. this year is the perfect year to give young a genuine shot. youth may be inconsistent but that`s what we get with most of our senior players. only youth got more chance of improving. even tho certain positions when we are talking players capable of incredible moments of skill are less likely to ever be able to pull it off week after week the way a great defender can. I don`t see Sarri being under great pressure this season..if he can get us moving in the right direction working to bridge the gap on the ground we have lost ready to challenge for the big trophies in year 2.

quality player.be a good fit for us I think.but not convinced we could get him..Arsenal only really part their cheeks for the Manc clubs.

I read he`s a Man U fan.i know he`s britains richest man and has the clout to get us back on top again.and well Roman didn`t have an interest in us until he flew over Stamford Bridge on the way to supposedly trying to buy one of a few other clubs including Tottenham. if he`s spending big enough money to buy us he will soon become a fan.;) I just read he does infact have a season ticket with us as he lives near here.

I did mention on here about a month or so ago that I wouldn`t be shocked if we were being sold behind the scenes..not saying this is really going to happen but it would make sense with how strange our summer has been with no sense of urgency to get a coach and new players or selling them.

I`d be cool with Jim Radcliffe owning us if Roman continues to want Marina running transfers. more than twice as wealthy as Roman and may sort out the running of the club to include more football people. only downside his age really.

Brazilian footballers don`t have the exotic names they used to have like Pele,Zico,Socrates,Josimar any more...instead they seem to take their names from 70`s british sitcoms..Fred,Bernard..i say we hold out for Bert and Reg. or alternatively rescue Oscar from football wilderness..he may be a good fit for Sarri-ball.

i feel he wanted to join us. but there is only a certain time anyone should wait before getting the impression somebody is not really interested in them. we give out that impression a lot I think with Marina in charge of these matters..taking vacations during the transfer window..the time when she is needed to work most.

I would have been fine rolling with what we got at CM after Jorginho until he seemed in our hands and for such a great deal. we would have swarmed the middle with Kante,Jorginho and Golovin. gonna be a great player,i`m sure of it.

get his replacement in a.s.a.p. even if he then stays is not like we can`t use upgrades in our front 3.the longer we hold on for a higher price the less time we have to replace him in this window..plus teams will over inflate the price once we have that major fee we`ll get for him and less time to spend it. for me if we going to play a 4-3-3 again ,longterm we have CHO but we still need 2 or 3 others for those edges..i`m intrigued by the thought of Pedro under Sarri but he`s only a short term fix for a year or two.

the shortened transfer window,shortened further because of the world cup and in our case shortened further because of the fiasco of taking so long getting Sarri and 2 of our 4 world class players wanting to leave.i think it would be heroic of him if he can get us to 3rd in his first season and probably worthy of manager of the year contention if he can get us any of the 3 cups. I want to see us play with a swagger,every time we lose we go down fighting,,none of that distasteful bending over parting our cheeks and praying they use lube that we saw away to Man City last season.

I wouldn`t be against signing Donnarumma and one of Kasper or Petr.the latter could be a player/GK coach..the former somebody for competition to start until Donnarumma is ready to start the majority of games,which he may be ready but would be good insurance. it`s worth remembering we signed Cech from Rennes and Courtois from Genk..examples of at times arguably the best keepers in the world signed from 2 small clubs a reminder with good scouting we don`t need to make big time splashes in the transfer market to get big time talent..there is probably some gems out there but alas we are short of time and we don`t have a great set up at the moment to find such talent.

I`d straight swap Courtois for Oblak. they get the slightly better keeper with a bigger profile..we get more value than the price that`s rumoured to be what Real are prepared to pay.

it`s sad that we are selling one of the top 3 Keepers in the world (not our fault,i support selling him now rather than go free and have another year with his toxic attitude) and Wolves and Arsenal signing keepers this window who are better than who we will probably end up with.

even if Golovin starts out as our 4th choice CM he could start around 35 games his first season as he could play either of the 3 roles. the more often Kante,Jorginho and Golovin start tho the more probable teams revert back to long ball football against us because they aint gonna boss between the boxes on that trio.

I have never known a goalkeeper be such an annoying arrogant attention seeking media chatty cunt..Grobbelar was close but he had some comedic value..Courtois is as bland as a bowl of white rice. he could have become a legend with us but for my favourite Chelsea keepers of all time he`s well behind Cech,Bonetti,Neidzwiecki,Borota,De Goey,Cudicini..in the bracket with Kharine ,Beasant and Grodas.
