  1. That's a worrying formation, I see no depth or creativity in there. Normally I'd say Ramires for Lampard, but a midfield of Ramires, Josh & Mikel wouldn't be a good idea against Stoke either. We're short in numbers in this midfield area, it needs to be addressed :\
  2. I don't understand why he's been allowed to get away with spreading that hate here too, but meh. [hint hint mods] Anyway, I spoke to a police officer in Holborn tonight, says it's been quiet in London. The City is a police hub so there's not going to be much trouble here tonight, out of London will be a different story though.
  3. Yep, a lot of communities are starting their own vigilante groups. It's quite good to hear, but could turn very ugly if not controlled soon..
  4. Nope. But there are those, who grew up in rough areas, that have the mentality in their minds. Sometimes it's not for a genuine, other times because they feel unfairly treated. Generally police in this country are quite competent. But in the rough areas, you truly never know.
  5. This is one of the cases I'll agree with you to an extent. I'm very disappointed at these kind of people, who are usually quite intelligent (let's not debate this now), are advocating the constant violence and looting making the situation worse. Losing a lot of respect for these guys.. No. He's exposing the criminals who get away with it.
  6. If he can be used at LW, then it's a good signing. But if it's a LB signing then I'd be very sceptical and dare I say, Zhirkov II?
  7. I didn't expect us to be 3rd, I must admit. Great accomplishment.
  8. If Atheltico land Falcao now, they will have done very well!
  9. Legends! I haven't seen much presence of officers here but I assume they're at hand, they must be in Harrow town centre though.
  10. Someone told me. I don't think it's true, personally, but with the way things are going, it's better to be safe than sorry right Keep safe!
  11. You must be for it to bring you back to the forum! Welcome back?
  12. I'm in Kenton. There's a rumour going round a gang's been seen lurking around knocking on doors and robbing people who answer. A girl will knock and ask for help & then the gang will come through behind her. Though it is just a rumour, be careful mate!
  13. I agree with this. Peckham especially has a breed of wanna be rappers who talk of murdering rival gangs and such, so in some capacity you are right.
  14. CJ mate, you still living in Edgware?
  15. Inside the Chelsea camp with coach Steve Holland "The easy thing to do is to hold the white flag out and quit, but I am very determined to turn this around." http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/14436468.stm
  16. Confirmed riots? Hope you are safe.
  17. Smh. http://www.guardian....icers-convicted
  18. This is a solution afaic. If communities themselves can stop rioters it's much better than having the army do so. Hope it doesn't turn ugly though, you never know with these Millwall fans
  19. Legally speaking though, jail simply isn't an option. As for your original post, I do not defend the damaging of property, destruction of small time businesses and job losses. I can't defend any of that, I condemn all of it. All I was saying is, all these kids have really rough backgrounds. I just want to see the Government help these areas become safer, and less drug run and poverty ridden.
  20. But we already have a problem of overflowing jails. If we lock up people for such things, there will be no room for more serious crimes. Also prison doesn't rehabilitate criminals. Looting and such can be rehabilitated so perhaps a forceful community service would be more appropriate, while on house arrest?
