    To be honest Iseah100, can you blame his pessimism? We've done this before, McEachran, Chalobah, Ake, etc. Youth prospects that we believe will break through and end up in the trash can. it's a reoccurring theme. Until Chelsea bring through, legitimately, a youth talent this pessimism will be justified.

    I don't know. you guys are calling this a steal, but I'm just not convinced. £30m seems a fair price to be honest, he doesn't look a £40-50m player yet at all.. The best thing is, with Arsenal's track record he'll become a squad player and he won't be utilised to the potential he has. He'll be rotated with Walcott, Carzola and probably Oxlade lmao.

    SAF also passed up James Rodriguez to buy Bebe. But he is right, to an extent, we've seen such things from Ozil. Have to remember this is a tournament where guys play 6 matches max. That being said, like Martin O'Neil said, clubs already know these players and their capabilities before they're showcased at the World Cup.

    I don't think they're in danger from FFP though? They won't have to worry this season and I'm sure their revenue does more than enough to settle this.
