I mean, if those reports are true its just weird. When Conte arrived in this club the transfer business was even slower, and the team just had a pretty terrible season. Conte was just doing his business. Now after the PL trophy according to some reports he is demanding players and more control. Actually most of this stuff is created by media and a lot of idiots are just buying it. Conte just signed a fucking new deal days ago and now people are still talking about he walking away. When Conte left Juventus he just refused a offer sign a new 3 years deal. Even if he is thinking about leaving, he just need to stay calm and do his job. He was unhappy the way Juventus were doing business in the market, but they didn't change after he left and Juve managed to get into 2 UCL finals since he left.

Costa was cunt, but who cares? He was a massive player. Conte only got himself to blame if things go wrong this season. He made his choice, now he must prove it was the right choice. Actually I believe Conte is not happy in recent weeks because he was exposed. Probably he never thought Costa would say to everyone that he was told to go and he probably wanted Costa sold before the start of pre season. Yesterday he was far from happy when asked the big question: why Morata/Batshuay instead of Costa? I know that if things go wrong people will blame Marina/Emenalo for not getting Sandro and selling Matic to United, but the MASSIVE gamble came from Conte: allowing Costa to leave. Anyway, I hope Morata can become the deal of the season and can score around 30 goals this season and Conte's decision about Costa is the right decision at the end of the day, but I'm far from optimistic.

I think a player like van Dick would be a good acquisition, but more players are needed in other areas.

We already have a plot if things go wrong this season: Conte will the last victim of the stupid pair Emenalo/Marina. I only have two things to say: 1- It really worries me that it seems Conte does not have a fucking plan B. Its always the same 3 CB formation no matter what, and in the second lag of last season it was clear many teams were learning how to create problems for this formation. Actually many teams were just emulating Conte's formation and with some success, just like Wenger did today, and Spurs did last season, they never repeated that formation, but used 3 CBs with the only purpose of beating us. 2- Costa was a unique striker, and he was told by Conte himself to go. The problem is: there is no better striker available in the market, not even Lukaku was this striker and Morara isn't. I'm sure that any team in the world would choose Costa over both Lukaku and Morata if they had they chance to do so. One final word: this squad is not as bad or lacking depth as some of you are saying. For example, last season Moses was out for some games. Instead of using Zouma in CB and moving Azpi to RWB, he was using Pedro in that position, and someone pointed there were no better option than Pedro for the "Moses" role. Rudiger is a new player, he is a CB, he can play with Luiz and Cahill while moving Azpi to RWB. Azpi is not a CB in the first place. He played in that position because Conte was willing to try something different, same to Moses becoming a regular starting XI. He should try different things as well, instead of using over and over the same formula that worked. I'm actually positive about this season. This game against Arsenal was a fucking friendly. Period. At some point Conte will understand that asking for more players won't make things right. That was exactly what he did last season. Instead of complaining about lack of quality player, and complaining why he was getting Luiz and Alonso instead of Kouilibaly and Naingolan, he found a way to get the best out of his team.

Actually I think its the other way: people here never gave Costa the credit he deserved, and as soon as Morata as was announced I said this season people would realize how important he was for the team success during 15 and 17 PL trophies. Tô other side Morata fee was Just ridiculous. I cant understand why Neymar is generating all the fuzz when 70m was paid for Morata and the whole world acted as he was worth every penny.

I hope you realize it does not make any sense. So the fact Conte didnt sign Water earlier is a proof he is not admirer. Its like Conte is in a position that he can basically will buy every player in the world he admires as soon as he admires then. Jesus...
