No, they alternated. Lamps was B2B at times, so was Ramires. It wasn't as bad as you remember. Sure, they were awful some games but there were games where they played well.
He can do a job there. If he does play there have faith.
Ramires in the pivot as the destroyer is risky, but nowhere near as bad as some are trying to make it out to be on here. Remember the days of the Lampard - Ramires pivot? He's played okay there before. He can do a job.
Who in what world calls Emre Can world class? He barely even starts for Liverpool. He's only been getting game time recently because Gerrard, Lucas and Henderson are injured. Posts like these are highly inaccurate and annoying.
That's weird. Because we've played our best this season when Fabregas has had outstanding games. Games where he fully controls the match is where we've been at our best. It's not his fault that our manager sets up the team in a way where his best skills aren't utilised.
This is absurd sorry. How does that prove the myth? He's not played a lot since Xmas, he's missed 1/3 of our games due to injury. Of course he's not going to be in top top form.
I can't even fault Jose much this season, my main gripe with him was how we used to play so cowardly against the lower sides and we've pretty much rectified that this season, we've been great against the smaller teams. This season it doesn't seem to be working against the bigger teams as well as it did last season but the results have not been disastrous exactly. I agree that we could work on our play in the final third against bigger sides but the evolution of the team is coming along very nicely IMO.
It's okay when we have one very proactive defender (Zouma) playing. JT's positional play is world class, he can act as a sweeper/cover. It's a problem when we have two defenders that cover (Cahill and Terry). JT is smart enough to accommodate the high line as long as he has the right partner.
This isn't true, sorry. Loads of people have massive short term memory here. Before his ban, Diego's link up and hold up play was excellent. He's just getting back into the swing of things, give him some time...
