  1. I don't think there is a rift between Mou and Oscar. But man this guy has a tendency to pick up mysterious injuries before a big game. Everton away and City away last season also.
  2. Shit based on that logic Spurs should have sold Harry Kane before his breakout season. Since he was struggling for playing Time and performance. It is not that cut and dry, few things the player can control. CP best interest is different.
  3. Zouma is going to play in midfield, easy bet imo.
  4. Can people stop saying shit like this. It really says a lot of your character. Quite honestly it is quite sexist to say that about Eva Carneiro, and allude that she is only respected because of her looks. For me and many others her looks play no part in defending her(she is average imo), she had little to no blame in this situation. She was doing her job, her first priority is the safety of players, not what Mou wants and the tactical side. She should be respected for many reasons excluding her looks. How many first team woman doctors do you see in football clubs? nerveless at one of the top clubs in the world. That is a merit that should be respected in a sport dominated by males. Secondly there are many males and females who admire and support her because of her professionalism and as a role model for many young females who watch the sport. Personally whenever i see her on the pitch, i think what a great ambassador for Chelsea football. Honestly there so many things to admire about the professional Eva Carneiro. She is intelligent, dedicated, ambitious, courageous, etc. Your comment and others are so unfair since she is not oversexualized or dress skimpy or do other things to attract to her physical features.
  5. Matic is fantastic when the the team is aggressive and pressing. Unfortunitly we don't play that way under mou in a lot of cases. Playing passive and disciplined does not fit his strengths.
  6. Medical staff or Eva it doesn't matter that incident didn't need to be mentioned to the media. It had no effect on the result not worthwhile to discuss it to the public.
  7. He is talking about Tibo and Oscar last season head injuries.
  8. Where did you get your information? Bayern fans and jurnolists were quite upset when that happened. their medical were enormously respected btw I don't care that she is woman or what. This is typical mou who blames everyone for shit football and result. The season just started if we continue with bad result... His list of excuse will grow and grow. Done this throughout his career when he starts losing.
  9. The quality of EPL is still crap, a league buying so many quality but the quality on the pitch is still shit and nor worthwhile watching. Money can't do everything.
  10. Ivanovic is a sorry excuse for a RB, but Willian scoring record is almost pretty consistent throughout his career. Can't blame Ivanvoic for everything.
  11. Agreed Something like this is so much better hazard----Willian-Ramires Oscar-matic Oscar will always convert to the CAM role with Cesc on the pitch. Mou would always utilize Oscar to press high no matter what. While offensively Cesc will drop deep more.
  12. Most Chelsea fans are like overweight people in this department, they want to see young players given a chance, but they don't want to go through the up and down of the development of a young player. Similar most fat people recognize they need to lose weight, but they are not willing to do the hard work of eating right and exercising.
  13. You are making assumption about me, who says it is all about trophy? Who said he should be fired if he doesn't win a trophy? not me. My point was why not wait until next season to make a decision to give him a contract extension. Why do it now after Mou usual best season is his second season, it was the case at every club he has been with. His third season is a different story. All i am saying it is much better from Chelsea perspective to evaluate him next season, after a three season span. There is nothing controversial about my statement. This is like saying it is better to make a decision based on more information then less information. Another season would give you a better and more informed decision. I am grateful for what Mou has done for the club, same goes for players like Terry. But few would argue in favor of having Terry keep his starting place and wages if he is not useful and up to the standard anymore. Same goes for Mou, why held him to another standard. I also want to clarify that i don't believe this "best manager in the world title" it means squat to me. Luis Enrique just won a treble with Barca, same manager who quit and failed at Roma. Is he the best manager? no but he proved he was the best manager for Barca and that is more important. I look at merit and best fit rather then judge a manager just because he won so many titles.
  14. Laporta had the best relationship with Pogba agent Mino Raiola.
  15. In a way that kinda makes some of my point. You are right he did not stay beyond two seasons at Porto or Inter. So goes with my argument in a way, you really don't know what you are getting with him beyond his second season. Since he left both clubs after his second season. Mate we both know things were a lot more toxic in his third season, yeah we won a double if you want to call it that. The football we played the first two season was not even comparable to his first two. But there was also a lot of turmoil in the locker room and a growing drift with Roman. It was quite clear that Mou does were outnumbered. When i say catastrophic it doesn't mean it only pertains to what happened on the pitch, his relationships were quite bad. In a sense he and Roman created environment where their partnership would no longer exist. Real Madrid was much worse lol. He did not fight with the owner, he fought with almost every player and you would have a hard time naming many players he was in good term with at the end of his stint at Madrid. Fought with the media, and spouted conspiracy to a point it was just not funny. Anyway as i said my point is it makes perfect sense to give him a contract extension next season, i personally don't believe it is a good idea to give Mou a contract extension when he has proven that his second season is the best it is ever going to get.
  16. No i am not kidding. Chelsea>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Mou. Like everyone else at the club he has to earn his paycheck. It is no different for Mou or any other player. No reason to put the best interest of the club ahead of anyone. it makes no logical sense to give him a contract extension now rather then next season, especially knowing his third season is often catastrophic season.
  17. Agreed. 2 years left should let the season play out then make a more informed decision. You really never know how this team will respond next season, the motivation is much different when you are the champion then striving to the top. I also say this Mou is the best underdog manager ever(in my lifetime anyway) but personally he is not one who deals with the title as "favorites" that well.
  18. All those players mentioned, and they are still linked to Callejon. They have so much more depth, and Luis would be a huge addition to that team. I think they could play more 4-3-3 next season.
  19. it is a good article. Which is why i think we should wait until next season to give him a contract extension if he still deserves it. He has shown how bad things could get in his third season, and never a good idea to give him a contract extension when his stock is at his peak. Second season always been Mou best with all his sides Chelsea, Inter, and Real Madrid.
  20. Luis was severely missed by Alti, a lot of their goals came from that side. He would be a huge return for them. Players like Miranda and Turan were good players for them, but they wouldn't be missed much. Alti should be much better next season.
  21. I was explaining it to XPetrCechX.
  22. "If he Isn't among our player of the year nominees come the end of the year" Every Chelsea player is a nominee for the teams player of the year. There are no shortlist for Chelsea POTY award.
  23. Me either, he had a comparable season to Willian. Both played their role in our success this season. Really similar if you consider both played their best football in the second half of the season, and the majority of our fanbase were down on those two players in the first half of the season. By most they were considered our weak links. I honestly rate them the same amount. Good players, not great though and not ideal first names teamers.
  24. Maybe money had something to do with it, i cant say since i don't know him. You are right some people are like that, they get a taste of stardom+Money+lifestyle, their motivation goes down and they stop striving, then they decline. You can't do much for them, if they don't have the ambition to be the best they can be then honestly they can't be helped. But there is something wrong with how Chelsea handles their youth players. I say our loan system is the equivalent of business outsourcing, whenever companies outsource their products the quality of the product completely deteriorates. Outsourcing admittedly is successful for mass production(ex Chip/tech, Nike, Adidas, etc) but not suited for luxury products(Gucci, Louis Vutton, Burburry, etc). Developing youth players should be treated as luxury products, because the chances of developing one at Chelsea standard is quite rare. You have to remember Josh was not a finish product, if Chelsea wanted him developed properly they should have kept him in house and took responsibility for it. But they loaned him hoping Swansea would develop him. Lets be honest if Swansea, Boro, Watford, Wigan were good enough to develop a rare talent like Josh(while at the time he was perceived to be) then why are they not producing players like him? because they are not good enough, so it makes no sense to let them handle Josh development. Well hopefully Chelsea has learned their lesson after years of failed Youth loan policy. Maybe the reluctance to loan RLC is a sign of change. Ps. What i call Youth loan policy does not include players like Lukaku, KDB, Tibo, etc. I consider them professional players and not Chelsea youth, since they arrived at Chelsea at that level.
