It's funny how true Chelsea fans that go to the game week and week out only have support & love for Jose and nothing else. Plastics on the internet forums on the other hand...
Watch from 00:26.

I've tried to stay away from here, but for each and every one who was in that stadium tonight, take a fucking bow. In a state of turmoil such as this where there is negativity creeping up from every corner possible, it's good to see such sort of support for a man under so much fire . Wherever you look, all you see is a charging hate-train, and for a man to go through what he has been through for the past few months it must feel fucking incredible to see so many people behind him. Thanks for what you did.

I'm pretty much relieved that the club didn't fire him.
Roman Abramovich seems to learn from his mistakes, that's how top class engineering works.
Hope we can win against Kiev to be in a good position for the last game before the short break.

Every football expert is saying that Chelsea should keep Mourinho and I'm with that 100%. Don't be stupid again Abramovich for fuck sake. He is the best manager in the world and we can't find better manager for Chelsea because Mourinho really loves Chelsea. Only guy in the fuckin football world that is defending our club, our players(Costa for example) even when they are doing something bad. I believe in him, we can still turn around this season and finish atleast in 4.place, because we are better then Liverpool&Tottenham. Stick with Mourinho, believe in him, atleast fans at Stamford Bridge are still with him and that is what makes me happy. After this fuckin result crysis I love Mourinho even more. I will say again he is the best manager for our club and we can't find better manager, no fuckin way. Another manager isn't solution, only solution is to show even more faith for our manager and players and to start wining matches again even with 1:0. We still have big chance to finish in top 4. If we want to be a big team then we should act like that, Abramovich need to learn from his mistakes, every team have crysis, maybe not like this but still we can turn this around and become better and better; ONE OF US!

That's retrospective wisenosing. Who would have thought Fabregas' form dips that much? Who would have thought last years' POTY is that horrific this season? Matic dropping form and so on. Only mistake he has really made in my eyes is selling Felipe Luis, that's that.

I hope this is true.
Maybe we can do it without Jose, but getting back to the top with Jose seems miles better to me.
Keep him, as Jose said, it's very sad when some people lose their jobs, but the word schadenfreude doesn't exist without reason.
Sad reading it on Chelsea communities, but that's how it is.

There's something fundamentally wrong at Chelsea FC. It goes far far beyong the manager's role. Our entire back 4 needs to be replaced for starters. I am starting to lose faith now. If Mourinho can't get us to win, I honestly know who will. It's becoming increasingly worrying every week.

Not at all. I can't stand some of his bullshit. But the criticism on here at times is absurd. I've been a season ticket holder for 13 years and know a lot of fans who are the same. No one I 'know' wants Jose out.

He was the best player in the PL under Jose's tactics last season....soo....yeah.
I get what your saying mate I just think he gets too protected on here because of last season.

Same people that are willing to give Mourinho until the end of the season at least should also do the same for Eden. He was PL PoTY... Give him some time instead of saying that you want him to leave.

Absolutely spot on.

Lol it was Mourinho's fault for that Hazard's miss! If Pep was here, Hazard would've scored. Nah but seriously, Mourinho is the best Premier League manager out there. That man has won 3 trophies out of 4 full PL seasons. The thing with Mourinho, in my eyes, he has earnt his days here. He knows what he is doing. Majority of pundits believe Mourinho will turn this around. This man eats, sleeps, shits Chelsea, he is our man.
There seems to be a lot of people on here living on a fantasy dream, believing Pep will change everything at Chelsea. Lol, Pep built his entire profile off outspending rivals with a far superior squad. Like the Barca or Bayern team he inherited. Let's not mentioning, also purchasing rival players like Lewandowski or Gotze. Anyone who has been watching the Premier League, fully knows Pep's football is not suited for EPL. His football just wouldn't work. Plus, along with Chelsea, there's City and United, who are huge spenders. Add to that, Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham all have a good spending power. This man has never dealt with these. The closest thing he's had was having Real as his rivals and it was way before the resurgence of Atletico or Sevilla.
Pep should just stay in leagues and teams, where everything is made for him. If he does ever leave Bayern, I'd presume he'd be off to PSG. Another easy job, with huge spending power over other teams in the league.
Obviously Mourinho is the best for this league, however if he does get sacked some day this season, then I'd have Carlo as our manager. That man knows how the Premier League works. If not, Simeone doesn't sound bad.

Wow the level of hatred and vitriol has hit new heights
We have zero attacking coaches and you guys wonder why attacking players stagnate at our club?
Drop Hazard into any other team and he would make an immediate impact - please don't wish for him to be gone - you might regret it in the future ?

Progress with what? Players he didn't get? We want £40m John Stones and we ended up with Papy a £2m signing, just put that into perspective for a moment. Do I agree with everything Jose does? Absolutely not, do I think he's the right man for us? Absolutely.
Its a tough period, other teams have been through similar in seasons past we just have to fight our spoilt brat attitudes after being lauded with trophies.
To me, it said to the board exactly what Jose said 'After winning the league standing still in the transfer window is dangerous'

100% and I'm glad he's in the position of power.
We need stability and fortunately we are being forced into keeping on that track rather than panicking after bad results/some issues. Try being an Arsenal fan, 10 years with nothing, unfortunately our success came too quickly and in the modern world Chelsea fans are spoilt as fuck, sadly.
Still behind Jose, so what, one season of mediocrity after not getting Jose's summer targets, I'm fine with that.
Chill.

I do not know if Jose will remain as our our manager (I hope so), but if he continues with us, I think he must bet on start making a real revolution in our starting eleven, from now and without any kind of excuse. And that revolution has to be a total change in our team and in our approaches on the pitch.
Jose is totally out of himself and now, with this attitude, he is on the wrong way. Jose has to forget the media and all that crap and focus exclusively in football. This time the "mind games" are out of his hands and they are out of control. Jose must be focus only on football.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek must be the leader of that revolution. RLC is fully prepared to lead our midfield and Jose should not doubt about him.
Zouma is a centre-back, not a patch to place as right-back. In fact, Zouma must be the leader of our defense. He has to return to his true position and lead the change in our defensive line.
Oscar is one of the biggest mysteries of humanity, but if he does not play with continuity we'll never know if he's really good to play with us. We have sacrificed Juan Mata and Kevin De Bruyne to bet on Oscar and Jose now must bet on him or we will have wasted time, money and two great players to end up with nothing.
And Roman has to wake up and start planning signings for the January transfer market. We have made a big mistake in the summer market and now have two months to prepare to face the second half of the season with new players, with the priority of sign a right-back, one centre-back, a creative midfielder (or maybe two) and a new forward. Our squad has been poorly planned and now we have to upgrade all to not finish the season as a disaster.
We have no chance to win Premier League this season, and now we can start doing more courageous and attractive approaches. With a team of players like Zouma - Baba - Ruben Loftus Cheek - Oscar and others like Hazard (being a real leader and not hiding himself on the pitch) or Willian maybe they can be a breath of fresh air in our squad and maybe we get back some common sense.
Jose has to change radically his mind, forget the media and start thinking exclusively on football. If he does not want to talk with the media, OK, fine, but he should make an interview with 15 minutes before every game on our channel Chelsea TV to allow the fans to listen his manager talk about football. Only football.
This season is being one of the worst possible nightmares. Something crazy that starts to become paranoid. Or we react fast or are lost.
IMO we still have time to win something this season, but we have to make a radical change without any kind of excuse.
GO BLUES!
