Mou is one of the very best. He makes teams, as they say, Pep inherits them. I do think his lack of silverware and his RM spell still haunts him, though. He doesn't look quite as ambitious anymore when it comes to lineups/subs. Wouldn't have any other manager, though. @Barbara

Salah is better than Schurrle. How can you judge him when he has had barely any game time? Schurrle has and he's also consistently proved why he isn't a starter. Anyway, Mou said he would sell schurrle for a good offer.

I actually believe that Terry isn't struggling with 50 games as much as the fact he has to prop up the right side of his defence because he's the only one who is willing to be physical. When he was with Zouma in the Newcastle game, he actually looked very comfortable with Zouma actually helping with the defensive work, even if it was at home. I think the Willian-Ivanovic problem is intertwined. Obviously in the last few games Azpi has been out with groin strain, but Ivanovic would be a good squad player to have, being he can fill in at CB or RB. IMO, Terry should move to RCB, Azpi goes to RB, Luis starts on the left, and then Zouma goes to LCB. We should be looking to sell Cahill, definitely NOT Zouma, and buy Varane or another suitable candidate. But I think that Terry can cope still. When you're that old in football you have to be keeping at peak fitness or the career ender injuries start coming in. But Willian should not be our starting winger, Salah should really be above him because he actually has the capability to attack. Still. Azpi - Terry - Varane - Luis would be absolutely epic, with Terry or/and Varane rotating for Zouma and an academy defender. Kalas perhaps? Shame we can't keep Bertrand, really. He'd be a great second choice LB/RB, and would fill our HG quota.

yeah but the problem is that he is inconsistent and even the German national team only use him as a super sub, and that's great, it works for us when we do, but we're looking for a winger who is starting material who can make Willian second choice, and considering Salah's bags of potential and Schurrle's much higher RRP, I would let him go first. Salah needs development and maybe he might be best off with a loan to a PL team, but we should definitely not be looking to take him off our books. Don't forget, if he can develop further then he might be able to allow Hazard to rest every few games rather than us having to run him ragged, as well as becoming 3rd choice on the RW too. Maybe even displacing Willian as soon to be 2nd.

Disagree, we're better keeping Salah imo - has impressed me nearly every game he has had. Plus, much higher ceiling than Schurrle.

Should have been played today - it's all well and good Willian acting like a wing back but he did not aid the attack at all. Salah could have given us width, and it's a slap to the face that he wasn't on the bench today. I really don't understand why he isn't played more, I've always seen him as our strongest winger behind Hazard.
