If your friend betrays you but the end result doesn't give you the maximum damage, is he a better person then? If your friend tries to hack your computer but your firewall is just too stong, does that make him less guilty? I appreciate what he did for the club, but he was an employee then with a contract and massive wages. But when he was released, he just showed his true colors by making up stories, lying to us and NY fans and joined our biggest rival and made things more difficult for us by scoring for them in many matches. As a fan I feel betrayed, and having won the EPL does not change my feeling for what he did. This opinion will never change, no matter what BS he post on Instagram/Twitter or interviews blaming us not giving him a proper goodbye. Unless he admits he was wrong and apologize to the fans, this feeling won't change.
