No defending here on the media itself for posting actual words of some person. It's the minimum job of a journalist.

Like it or not Mourinho is the manager. He is the one that has to talk to the press more often than anyone. When the manager says that Eden has to work more and Eden himself fully backs him up and recognizes it (because guess what? that's the only think you have to do when you want to become one of the greatest) i don't see where the problem is for some ppl. That was a classy healthy exchange in front of the media between manager and player and does a lot of good to the club. Why do you fail to see that?

Don't mind the flame starter. Clearly Lukaku wanted to have a starting spot and he asked to leave on loan. And there is nothing wrong about that of course! As i said before all depends on his decisions after the WC. I believe that if he is willing to settle for a second place behind our striker signing we have to keep him.

I acknowledge that we might miss Luiz in some cases, but why everyone seems to ignore Ivanovic? I think he is very good and experienced player who can play CB if needed. Besides, where is his place next season if we buy a fullback?

I like Marco Van Hinkel very much and we can use him. But i think he is a box to box CM. I would prefer someone with playmaker qualities next to Matic who is already a holding midfielder. Someone like Modric for example.

Most of you covered the subject nicely. But i believe Jose likes him and he is not going to sell him. His versatility is something special for me. You can't find players like Luiz easily. But if we sell him that's the thing i am going to miss and not so much his defensive qualities.

I think it was Lukaku's choice to leave. He didn't want to have a second role. He wanted a staring place even if that meant playing on loan again. It's the WC year and i am with him on this, he made the right choice. We on the other hand could have used him in some situations this season but since he didn't want to have that role why stop his progress? We sent him on loan, both parties had benefits. Now onto the next season: The way things are going we might have Diego Costa here or X Y Z top striker. So is there a possible way Lukaku gets a starting place here now? Absolutely not! Only as a second choice and that's the way it should be. So it all depends whether or not the next, non WC, season Lukaku still asks for a starting spot. if he does then . Still a matter of his own choice.
