  1. The amount we cashed in was satisfactory and every good thing Matic offered to the club can be counted as a product of this exchange so... maybe benefited us. Also, just recently we've had evidence that Mata alone cannot help against tight defences (MU vs Sunderland) which is our most important problem this season. We surely lost some of our creativity this season but that's fundamentally not a result of Mata's departure, rather than a result of Mourinho prioritizing the building process of a solid defence which lead to this move. All and all i think it's profit for us.
  2. Perfect summary of the Mata situation. But i honestly fail to see why Mata benefited at all. Is it just because he plays football now week in week out? Very low standards if that's the case considering where he's playing, where he will not be playing next season and ONLY IF the new manager decides to favour him.
  3. It must be clear to everybody by now how important it is for a team in rebuilding mode to first secure it's defence. This season it was all about that and i think Mourinho is definitely 100% correct in his ways. Look what happened to Liverpool. They conceded 50 goals this season despite their brilliant attacking. You simply cannot win anything if you're a joke at defending and constantly ignoring it, plus moaning about why rivals didn't play attractive football. Have a look at the legacy he left behind at RM. That performance vs Bayern @ semis was all about Mourino. Give the man proper time and then we can talk about if he failed or not. I am not saying that next season after the transfers complete we cannot ask much more from our attacking play. I am saying that this season we have to be patient and satisfied with his work on our defence.
  4. Buahahahaha. Moses himself sabotaging his early "first training" predictions!
  5. HAHAHAHAHAHA YES!!!! What more can anyone ask today? Brilliant Liverpool comedy again. God knows how i love those bottom table teams!!!!!
  6. Brilliant counter attacking by Fulham
  7. Yes he did a very good job here, helped us a lot and that's respected. I feel bad, not happy, for him because he is deep in a pit of shit right now and may be deeper next season. I simply can't understand why didn't he helped himself. Instead it's like he kicked away his luck relegating himself to MU. Never involve yourself to something that is already in bigger problems than yours.
  8. Poor guy. Mistake to leave Chelsea. I think he would have had a chance next season. He just simply had to be patient. Now big problems for him if van Gaal signs.
  9. Everton blew it. Man City probably gets the title. Pele doesn't deserve this more than Rogers, so i feel it's not right. But then again Liverpool fans + media, FA and in general Liverpool wankfest will finally come to an end and that's pleasing. I feel bad for the actual team & manager but i'm glad about everyone else supporting them because they are stupid cunts.
  10. I feel this is a thread that we may post only after the summer window transfer concludes.
  11. I feel terrible. Congratulations to Atletico. They are better than us. It's plain and simple. Just this for now: We did everything we could. No huge blame on players or Jose. We are just not a complete team yet. See you next year CL!
  12. True. I thinks those words (and i'm speaking in general not only for Oscar particularly) need to be proven on the long run. Maybe it's a little bit cynical, but football is just a job after all. And this job involves being liked by the fans. What does loving the club you're playing really translates to? It's easy to say "i love the club" as long as you're in the starting XI, or wining trophies or being successful in general. Some say that if Mata loved the club he should wait patiently, be benched this season and try very hard to earn his place. Now, this in not entirely something that i agree about Mata but my point is if you love your club then you have to be willing to support it and trust it's people in rough times (of your's or the club's) like Lampard and JT have done some many times. I got little bit off topic so sry for that.
  13. This is the toughest match of the season. We have said that before for Man City, PSG... but we have to beat the unbeaten Atletico Madrid. Also it's the first time i really don't have a clue about what Mourinho thinks tactically. How sould we start? Is it safe to start by attacking with all guns and give them opportunities to counter? Or maybe be more patient? But then again we have to score first, otherwise i don't wanna think about what will happen. But i think the plan for Atletico is more clear. They may start defending deep. Try to frustrate us in the first half and maybe they get opportunities on the counter and suddenly come at us with everything they got at about 75'. We probably will have to prove today that we can bypass the same tactic we used against them @ Madrid. Remember West Ham? That's why it will be the ultimate hard task for us. Do i have faith? Yes, of course. If we make it, it will be the most satisfying win of the season for me. Forget Liverpool. This is real men's football tonight @ the Bridge.
  14. Humiliating defeat. Guardiola had it coming.
  15. wow 0-2 already, very intimidating Real
  16. Great news if he gets the extension. His current form is amazing.
  17. He has all my respect for pointing out the right things and asking the right questions. You simply cannot have your team lose a match and blame the other team for playing anti-football. What does that even mean? How many Liverpool fans did actually sat down and asked themselves how the hell did their team manage to lose that match? But that's what they are made of. Full of excuses and always the victim. Jose either was forced to focus on defence and hand Liverpool all the possession they wanted, because of our many unavailable important players, ultimately revealing their weak spot, or really wanted to play like this in the first place and just used the situation as an excuse. Mix this up with some match hungry second choice players and there you have the masterpiece. Either way he knew their weak spot and it's fucking brilliant!
  18. Jamie Carragher out of all ppl... Wow. Took them a while, but i'm impressed.
