  1. Past hour
  2. Not sure if its been stated at all but if we see looking for a LB, regardless of Cucu going or whatever, Andy Robertson on a free for 1 or 2 seasons surely wouldn’t be a bad punt? Looked miles better everytime he played than that donkey Kerkez they signed to replace him from what I had seen. I’m assuming he will be too old for BlueCo though. Apparently has chosen his next move and they reckon he is London bound, Spurs were there in January so maybe them? But wouldn’t be opposed if we threw our hat in the ring. And as soon as Enzo Fernandez is out the door we should be ALL OVER Sandro Tonali. What a signing he would be.
  3. I’ve genuinely seen people this week try to say that Blueco’s project has NOT failed. I’ve never heard…View the full article

  5. If Enzo is dead set on leaving and I wouldn’t blame him for wanting to then we should try and get a player in exchange plus money. That would be a better deal in my opinion as these fucking tosspot Directors cannot be trusted with money. That being said, I’d take Tchouameni or Dean Huijsen all day long. Those two players would instantly elevate the squad. On the GKer front, I honestly don’t know why anyone is against Penders being given a shot at the No1 spot. He looks solid.
  6. The worst thing is that even if they axe that stooge Eghbali, the club might not have the finances needed to correct this action. So now we have to hope that at least some of these youth acquisitions evolve into something better down the line, while making opportunistic experienced acquisitions on the cheap, like we did with Thiago Silva for example.
  7. Not sure why he’s even sticking around in Xabi Alonso's team. Like a bad smell. Is this guy going to be the club's default option anytime they need a new interim manager? Ridiculous. He and the rest of the Kinetic buddies should fuck off with Joe Shields
  8. Selling one known player for two average ones, is the kind of shit that has burnt this club before. This isn't a silly numbers game. Either get a replacement of same or better quality, or GTFO with these asinine half-measures.

  10. Why are people even giving a second thought to James Trafford? Is he even better than the Rob Sanchez we saw this season that was pretty solid? If we’re going to make Penders wait another season and buy a new keeper I feel like it has to be a genuine top class one.
  11. wouldn't be a disaster. lets see what will happen
  12. something like 30m + trafford + oreilly and fernandez can go to city.
  13. Rodri (post injury) and Foden in this form are both very risky bets and we are not in a position to make risky bets. Would rather target the likes of Anderson, Lewis Hall who are over performing at a smaller club and have a long body of work to suggest they are ready to take the step up.
  14. 🗯🔵Update Simon Phillips Sources can confirm that Arsenal has also made an inquiry regarding the signing of Enzo Fernandez; however, a move there is not realistic for us at this time. Real Madrid has already spoken with Fernandez’s agent. Our sources also report that Chelsea is expected to make another attempt to sign Dean Huijsen this summer. So if Real Madrid wants to sign Fernandez, there is a possibility that Chelsea will also make an inquiry for him. Another player to keep an eye on is Aurélien Tchouameni. Sources cite him as a possible swap option should Real Madrid want to sign Fernandez. As we know, Enzo Maresca is moving to Manchester City this summer and has already spoken with Marc Cucurella and Fernandez about a potential transfer. Maresca is desperate to sign him and Cucurella. This is likely to be a protracted transfer saga this summer, as Fernandez now needs a club willing to meet Chelsea’s asking price. Chelsea wants at least £95 million, but it is believed a deal could be agreed for around £85 million. It all depends on which club signs him and whether they offer players in exchange that Chelsea wants. Fernandez’s camp is determined that he will move this summer, with Real Madrid being his preferred option. Manchester City and PSG follow. These are the three possible destinations for Fernandez this summer, with Real Madrid being his absolute dream.
  15. The worst part of all this chaos is that nothing will change. They will continue to buy 19 year olds players. We will never buy a player like Eze because he is too old for them. It's so sad what this fuckers did to this club
  16. Unless all these reporters are wrong about our finances being in the dumps and how we absolutely NEED to sell in order to buy, I do think we may be forced to sell one of our big stars this summer. Although, I don’t know how the UEFA sanction works now that we aren’t even in Europe. Does that mean we can spend more without worrying? Idk… Much like we’ve seen with Palmer, I don’t think a world class player simply falls off a cliff and goes to shit overnight. Not in their early to mid 20’s anyways. Foden to me just looks like a player who needs a change of scenery where he’s playing most games and involved all the time. See Grealish when he left the Pep straight jacket and went to Everton as a more “free” player. I’d gladly take a punt on Foden. As for Rodri, there has definitely been a very noticeable fall off since the bad injury. But in a team in desperate need of a leader and especially one who plays that deep midfield general role and only playing 1 match a week I’d take him in a heartbeat, too. You put him in there with the legs of Caicedo and others around him and I think he’s perfectly fine.
  17. Rodri (post massive injury) and Foden (his collapse is similar to Palmer's) are both shadows of the players they were just a few seasons back. The players I covet most on Citeh (no Håland does not count, he is not coming here, nor is Donnarumma) are simple: In order of T-Markt valuation: Antoine Semenyo Josko Gvardiol Marc Guéhi Jérémy Doku Rayan Cherki Rúben Dias Omar Marmoush (28 goals, 17 assists in only 3700 minutes in 2024/25 when he was healthy and he just turned 27yo 3 months back, so has 4 or 5 or so big seasons left I wager) Tijjani Reijnders Nico O'Reilly James Trafford
  18. Surely if you have key players you keep them.. But with this board nothing would surprise me and guess if he wants to leave cant stop him. Who knows if this season out of the champions league is a blip or being in the Champions league itself was a blip
  19. numbers ar a bit problematic cuz he is taking some penalty goals
  20. Bollocks. It would be a disasterclass deal. Zero chance we take that sort of haircut. You can bookmark this: IF we sell Enzo for only £86m to Citeh I literally am done with Chelsea until BlueCo sell the club. Done.
  21. He is a more “proven” player now than he was when we bought him and he has shown that he can put up great numbers in the toughest league. He is also still only 25 and not even in his prime yet. If he absolutely demands that he goes to City and ONLY City to reunite with Maresca, it’s an unequivocal no for a penny less than the £107m we paid for him. The ONLY players I’d take coming the other way are if Foden or Rodri want to be main men again and start most weeks here which they won’t do for City. As I said before, if the likes of Elliot Anderson is being talked about for £100m then Enzo who is a better and more productive player is worth more.
  22. nobody will pay what we paid for him in 2022. 100M€ would be a fair deal
  23. That is only £86.3m. We spent £106.8m in mid 2023. That is £116.4m in mid 2026 pounds sterling. ZERO chance we take a 30m quid haircut (in today's pounds) on one of the best CMFs in the world. He had a great year on a SHIT team. 22 total goal contributions as a CMF. 15 goals, 7 assists. He was tied with Federico Valverde (9 goals, 13 assists) of Real Madrid for most total goals produced by a CMF in the Big 5 league teams. Nadiem Amiri of Mainz (who turns 30yo in October) was the only CMF to score more goals (17 v 15) than Enzo, but 10 of Amiri's goals were pens, versus Enzo's 5.
  24. where you read that city are offer james and nico?
  25. Noo. Simon Phillips posted the one below today! The one above is from Ben and summarizes the Enzo saga.
  26. Selling City one of our best players and taking one of their bang average ones who isn’t good enough for their best XI would be incredibly stupid. Even our idiots aren’t dumb enough to do that.
  27. nico gonzalez 24 years old james trafford 23 years old nice 😄
