  1. Past hour
  2. You'd get Guehi for 35M now, just needs a serious club to put in a serious offer Wharton for 60M in the summer And then sell the deadwood and shite behind the scenes to cover any other transfer of a striker The shite and deadwood stock piled is quite laughable
  3. and do tell, where is the £225-250m or so that just those 3 will cost going to come from? we need to stay in line with the UEFA PSR agreement/penalty opr we will befined 75m quid plus banned from European football
  4. he has regressed a lot this season
  5. I still cannot believe we are at 13 of January and we haven't heard or read anything about us approaching Palace for Guehi, he's like a bird hanging off a branch waiting to be caught. Guehi now, Wharton and Julian Alvarez in the summer
  6. For me I don't see us signing a GK.i think Penders is who Blueco have the most faith in out of all their young signings.even more than Estevao. If defender then unless it's someone that is an established pro I'd avoid CB and go for a good defensive RB, someone with decent aerial ability.so Acheampong can move inside. Not sure we can find a reliable veteran CF in this window.by summer window we'll find out more about what we currently got and then can go big for one. CM would be the position I think should be the priority,.someone that is a quality passer, some physicality, ideally with some height to help out at set plays.a clone between Cesc and Matic would be ideal. Although Enzo ain't a true 10.when he lines up as one we really play a 4-3-3. Which helps us not get over run in midfield.
  7. Today
  8. He’s a RWer by the looks of his compilation video too.. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Can’t make it up.
  9. Cole and Gusto didn't train Cole is going to need surgery so I expect to see him play nigh on a handful of games until then end of the season
  10. Reece was in training but didn’t see any photos of Cole or Gusto
  11. 13th Jan 2027 and still no sign of Lavia.....just practicing Get rid ASAP, write his contract off or sell him, either way, a waste of space
  12. RIP one of my first Chels heroes. Mainstay on the teamsheet. Former Chelsea player and manager Eddie McCreadie has passed away, aged 85. The Glaswegian full-back first joined Chelsea in 1962, signing from East Stirlingshire for just £5,000, and went on to spend 11 years at Stamford Bridge. The then 22-year-old was the first signing of Tommy Docherty’s managerial tenure, and won promotion to the First Division in his debut campaign. Eddie McCreadie served as both a player and a manager for Chelsea (Getty Images) He played a crucial role in delivering Chelsea’s first major cup title, too, scoring what ultimately proved the winner as the Blues beat Leicester in a two-legged League Cup final in 1965, joining Bobby Tambling and Terry Venables on the scoresheet. He later played every minute of Chelsea’s legendary 1970 FA Cup final defeat of Leeds, settled by a replay at Old Trafford as the Blues clinched the title for the first time. An athletic, hard-working full-back, McCreadie caught the eye with his tenacious, no-nonsense approach and became a fast fan favourite. He was forced to retire from football in 1973 after an Achilles injury, and did so with some 410 Chelsea appearances to his name - on top of 23 international caps. Eddie McCreadie will be remembered for his athleticism and aggression (Getty Images) A move into the club's coaching staff followed, and McCreadie helped steer them through a period of financial crisis. He turned the club’s fortunes around, though, calling up some talented academy prospects and delivering them back to the top flight. He left the club after falling out with the board over a pay dispute and briefly revived his playing days in the United States, making a single appearance for the Memphis Rogues of the North American Soccer League. He later managed them, too. Reconciliation eventually came some 40 years later, though, as McCreadie made his long-awaited return to Stamford Bridge. McCreadie is a member of a rather exclusive group of people to have both played for and managed Chelsea, joining the likes of Frank Lampard, Glenn Hoddle and Ruud Gullit. Fan tributes to McCreadie are coming thick and fast as the Chelsea faithful pay their respects to a club legend.
  13. 13th Jan, and still no sign of Romeo Lavia. 😡😡
  14. 5 signings like this is why we don't have funds for 1 game-changing signing. BlueCo will never change.
  15. Villa needed to find someone to take a player. They are struggling to get someone to take on Harvey Elliots loan deal. Malen to Roma was one mentioned so they could sign Conor on a loan with an option but guessing Spurs managed to stump up to take him from the get go. Something to do with PSR. Oh boy. No mention of a GK yet again. And that old saying “should an opportunity present itself”…… Another attacker is interesting. No chance of us getting a top, top player and wouldn’t expect us to even try - particularly given the scenario surrounding enquiring for Semenyo. Get the feeling it will be another winger as Emegha is already coming in this summer from Straosburg. But again, say we do go for another CF as well as bring Emegha… why did we sign Delap/Joao Pedro? Or if it is another wide player, why did we sign both Garnacho and Gittens? Or Quenda? Defence & midfield yes we could do with doing something there 100%. Particularly this month in MF if we loan Essugo - it makes no sense to loan him without replacing him. The lack of talk of a GK is shocking though. Penders or not.
  16. We need an established 9 this summer, not a #10, not a hybrid, not a wide man and not a swiss army knife bullshit, and out and out 9. We also need a keeper and I say this despite Snachez being decent of late, we still need a top class keeper and CB.
  17. 🔵Chelsea is interested in 23-year-old forward Anis Hadj Moussa. There has been a meeting in recent days between The Blues and his agent, Mohamed Dahmane. If Feyenoord receive a good proposal, he could leave this winter. Many clubs are interested. (@Santi_J_FM & @ChemssBelgacem)
  18. He only sees it specifically from an owners/business point of view. So yes: -the club is making profit -assembled a young squad where the fees are being paid out over durations of longer contracts -younger players on long term, performance related contracts, will be modest wages due to some of their stature -coach on long term contract which will no doubt, again, be very modest again given his statute -potential to generate revenue for European qualification of some sort if achieved (6/7th place and above gets Europe?) But if you’re looking at it from a sporting point of view, it’s a mess. And it won’t change because the main issues in the sporting side, will clash directly with what they are trying to do on the business side. But no, Eghbali is as competent as they come… he has only been directly involved with hiring Potter, Pochettino, Maresca & now Rosenoir on 5, 2, 5 & 6.5 year deals. All within a 4 year period. Screams competent 🙄
  19. Talk about drinking the Eghbali kool-aid
  20. 🔵Talks over transfer plans have taken place with Liam Rosenior, and while the thought process is geared towards recruiting in the summer, when more options are available, making signings for the first team before the deadline is a possibility should an opportunity present itself. Chelsea want an attacker, defender and midfielder. (@SJohnsonSport)
  21. 💥🗯🔵Cole Palmer is suffering from his groin problems again. He should have just had surgery; his time off hasn't helped at all. The hernia won't go away without surgery!
  22. He has adjusted his contract behind the scenes. The contract remains unchanged until 2028, but his salary has been adjusted upwards.
  23. 🙌Myles Lewis-Skelly would be an excellent signing if Cucu were to leave Chelsea in the summer.
  24. You wake up now? Welcome to our board mindset
  25. Why would we even give a second of consideration to selling Cucu who is one of our best players? Also one of our few older, more experienced squad members which we badly need. I remember months and months ago Fabrizio was tweeting numerous times saying that Cucu either was on the verge of or already had signed a fresh new contract behind the scenes. What ever happened with that? Selling one of our best players to City and thus improving them when we’re desperate to get back to their level would be ridiculous.
  26. It won't be an easy task. Arsenal allegedly have the best squad in the league, they have form and confidence and momentum, Arteta will prepare for every detail to get the win, and players who aren't afraid of doing whatever it takes to ensure they come away with a result. We have to match them in every way - and do it all without Caicedo. Rosenior's response to tactical questions so far has been to brush them off and point out that his focus has been working on his players' mindset and attitude rather than anything too technical. Given his limited time on the training pitch, that's probably a sensible idea. We can do this
