Cesc would not touch the club now, as it is currently being run under the BlueCo vermin, with a ten foot pole.

Hell no!!! Hardest of passes on him.

Interim manager to secure Europa league will be another half-measure. Rinse and repeat.
-
How long before the Gary O’Neil rumours start?
-
Because he isn’t a YES MAN. He wanted improvements and didn’t want to allow the directors to make decisions with the team selection just like Maresca.. We are absolutely finished under this ownership.
-
If we want Europa league then I think we need an interim who can get us that. But if we are ok with just being in PL then sure let us see how bad of a decision it was by Blueco to replace Maresca with Rosenoir.
-
What is the point, the way Blueco seems to be scouting for managers we might end up with a league 1 manager who was brilliant which simply won't cut it. Also don't think we are going to be CL or UEFL if Rosenoir is to continue till end of season - so that kills any hopes of us having a decent/good manager let alone world class. Added to all that, we sold players who we deemed not good enough and replaced them with much worse players.
-
GET HIM OUT!!!!!
-
Will keep hoping for a Fabregas return until he actually signs for another major club.
-
Well. That sums up what he thinks of Rosenior's methods. And no. Dont want an interim manager coming in before end of the season. At least wait till end of the season when you can at least attempt to bring in someone like Fabregas. Hopefully by the end of the season, these clowns would have learned that they can't have it all their way.
-
I will be happy when BlueCo goes.
-
The projected arc terminus of the next 4 year cycle is relegation in May 2030. If BlueCo really put their mind to it, maybe May 2029.
-
no ban m8 even us of semi-eternal hope have all gone sour now I hate what the private equity vulture yanks have done to our club if past is prologue they will chop-shop us, sell off the most quickly-realised valuable players and assets, and prepare to exit via a sale of the remaining husk to some other institutionally-backed bandits as I said elsewhere, when you invite the devil into your home, devilish things are bound to happen

Can't blame him. Clueless manager with some questionable decisions from the club authorities. And I don't think blueco would hesitate to cash in on him. Only PL for the next God knows how many seasons. Won't be surprised if Palmer would leave too. There were already rumors floating that his mind wasn't at Chelsea.
-
So glad I was at work and didn't watch this match live. I am pretty sure I would been banned from this forum for knee jerk reactions to our scoreline and how we played. But serious WTF!!!
-
What I mean is less about transfers and more about having an authoritative manager who is the undisputed boss of the footballing side of things. No meddling from the owners, no meddling with the medical department, no being told that they must play certain players to “maintain their value,” etc. Basically, we need a serious manager but most importantly we need that manager to be able to do his job without interference. Maresca seemed to earn the respect and buy-in from the squad and was well on his way to building something. Then the owners once again undermined him with stupid summer signings and interfering with his job.

Enzo Fernandez: "We have to congratulate PSG; they were far better than us. I think they outplayed us tactically." (@ESPNArgentina)
-
💥Sources say Enzo Fernandez would be open to a move to Spain should the right offer materialise. (@JacobsBen)
-
Funny how many Chelsea fans and Leicester fans were happy to see Maresca go.
-
Fake headline. They are NOT suing Chelsea. They are suing Roman personally.
-
No. He is soon gone, either this summer or the next. All quality players will leave except for always injured Reece. Even Colwill will leave IF he fully recovers and stays fit. I am done posting targets. No point to it. The cunt board will not buy them anyway. We have FIVE sporting directors. Every one is a wuthless twat. Horrific, club-destroying owners and staff. Clueless berks.
-
Good luck with that to the UK government 🤡 Probably going to be a huge drawn out process, further waste of UK taxpayers money, where they will end up with the initial £1bn going to victims on both sides that was apparently stipulated in the original deal 😂 Sir Keir strikes again
-
Get ready to lose most every major quality player we have in summer 2026 2027. 2028. And yes, Caicedo and Estevão included. The yanks will sell 'em all for big money as they strip-mine the club. Forget trophies, after 4 more years of them gutting the club, we will be lucky if we avoid relegation.

The rest of it might turn out that way but Cucurella? I think he's staying
