I think all the talk about the players not respecting him are unfounded.

They are professionals at heart and the injection of young blood should fire some new ideas.

I would welcome the appointment of Villa-Boas or Guus.

I was piss that we let go of Carlo, but it would be better if we get a better manager then him.

If we would have gone for Sparky i would have seen the club as a joke.

Guus and Boas makes a lot of sense.

What I like about Boas is that he worked at Chelsea before, so he knows the atmosphere. We need someone like that in the team, and with the passion for our club, like Pep at Barcelona.

Last those hinting at his age, do you remember a certain Vialli???

If you where a fan back there you should know. If you are new, well i suggest you do some research!

Boas or Guus, good deal! Get er done Roman!

Incredibly exciting - he's young, fresh, relatively experienced and knows the squad quite well. I thought we'd go for Hiddink, but hopefully he will be the DOF.

I'm not sure what fans of other clubs think - he's never managed in the Champions League or Britain before.

Every time you label someone the new this, they always disappoint.

The new messi, the new zidane, the new ronaldo...how many times we have heard that in the past?

And prior to Vialli Ruud Gullitt and prior to Ruud Gullitt Glenn Hoddle.....those are the guys that got the party started...
