Minor cosmetic changes to original plans plus revised enviromental issues, rail network building etc to be looked for the next month of consultation period. There is a public consultation period until October 7th. The build is being done in 4 stages with the plan to open a new stadium 2021 summer as shown in upload image Through each stage there could be more consultations and planning applications/revisions but with it having gone this far, there will be an urgency to get it right from the off by all parties concerned.
