This is how I would set up, interchange sterling and Palmer to cut in when needed, defend as a 433 attack as a 4231, gusto and chilwel bombing up and down the wings to provide width while sterling and Palmer can tick in side.

they need help badly at CB and Fullback now and certainly down the immediate road
