what about Torres? Shit player for like 3 years now yet still regularly appearing in top 10 for Liverpool then now us. Doubt Rooney's popularity will drop if he moves to us, RVP was also among the top shit sellers at Arsenal anyway, now he came to MU it moved to a new level. Rooney is very marketable. If he plays for Chelsea, his shirts are sold. A bit of controversy helps too. Jose is a master at it. Nothing to worry about. Chelsea will recover their investment, easily.
