Our taxi driver even brought us to westlife's house...well their separate houses. Was a very random weekend, this 'DING DONG, thank you myfanwy, sligo porky, you didn't just come back for ice-cream this time, I was hoping we could get together romantically, theres a bomb on the train...ye well the only bomb I see is your face so why don't you get back on the train and do your mother a favour' sums my weekend up. Coming home from the pub tonight some bloke tried to mug me for my wallet and phone, on reflex i hit him and then i ran...luckily hit hit the ground and didnt follow me. Right now I can't complain it's on 35 this week but we can get to the 40's or 50's!!! Especially our heat index.I am exhausted!! Last week we helped host a team from Germany that was here for the week. I had two 19 year old boys staying in my house, which I thank goodness that they were the two oldest boys on the team and very well mannered but still we had to drive them all around town and get them to their games and practice on time. The boys were great, very sweet and thankfully not messy since my house is for sale and I have people coming to look at it. Next week will be just as busy even tho the boys are gone! in one week I will have nothing left in my home and the kids and I will head to my parents house in Michigan for a week or so to visit before we come back to Memphis when my husband returns and we officially move to China!! irishblue 128 Posted June 26, 2011 Share Posted June 26, 2011 Wasn't in the best of form earlier on but wasn't the worst either I guess, as the Gaelic football team I support lost by a point in last minute of injury time due to a free, stopping them from getting to a final. It was sort of a questionable free with a few even doubting it. We did leave it late to fight back though so I suppose there's not much that can be said. At least we're not out of the whole competition fully yet though, so that's a bit of a consolation. Pretty long, tiring day other than that. Seriously this is the worst sunburn ever, I couldn't even sleep last night! I'm also a bit pissed off because I had such a bad weekend, all my friends were out on Saturday night but I couldn't go because I said I would babysit and what happens?? It turns out I would only be babysitting until 11 because the kid got up and got sick all over me....poor thing! I tried to make a swing for my little sister but and when I tried it out I ended up falling on my head and then yesterday like a kid I was climbing a tree to hide and I fell out of it also. Bad buzz.
