Still unbeaten after a 4-0 win over Killer Platypus C.F so now I'm 13 points off third place. Steves XI up next, a must win if I'm to have any chance at winning the TC Championship but it's pretty unlikely though with his record. Heres hoping...

The Officials 20 game unbeaten run was terminated by Champions X-Rated

Champions X-Rated end an unbeaten run of 20 games this afternoon. Terminator X drastically altered his formation in the lead up to the game which proved to be the difference. UpTheChels, who currently lead the table on goal difference, have failed to beat The Officials this season, and Terminator X believes true champions win on points, not goal difference.

Terminator X: "Cfc-meleady's 20 game unbeaten record in the league was very impressive, and they deserve all the plaudits they have and will receive. It's a shame I can't say the same for UpTheChels, who currently lead the table on goal difference. I would be ashamed to lift the title on goal difference, true champions cancel out their opponents on points. Both our goals came from set pieces today, and I thought our long ball tactics came into their own and decided the game."

Another convincing performance by Steve's XI to secure Premier League promotion. Kildare Blues FC receive there first loss of the season and also fell 5 points behind the TC Championship Champions!

The famous quote after matchday 1 came true today!

UpTheChels Benefit from Easy Fixtures

Terminator X: "UpTheChels played The Officials, and now London Royals after they had exited the title race. The Officials had nothing to play for, making it a stroll in the park for Clevemayer's side. I had knocked The Officials out of the title race, and subsequently they had nothing to play for. This fixture list is perfect for UpTheChels because they play teams on poor form with no motivation."

X-Rated defeated The Officials who until then had been unbeaten for 20 games. UpTheChels clearly benefited from the defeat in which The Officials suffered to X-Rated, and Terminator X claims it will be the same for London Royals. It was only last week Terminator X claimed that true champions win the league on points, not goal difference, and still stands by that statement.

Terminator X: "The fixture list has won the league this season. Clevemayer knew once we had defeated both The Officials & London Royals, it would be easy for him to take advantage of their poor form and lack of motivation. True champions win the league on points, not goal difference. Last season we defeated UpTheChels to win the league on points, which will go down in history. However, this season the fixture list may have won the league."
