Tactically this season, Ancelotti has been inept at times. He doesn't seem to have the ability to change the way a team plays during a game in the same way Mourinho could. He has also kept faith with underperforming players such as Lampard and Malouda when he should have been giving the youngsters their chance. McEachran was England's best player for the Under 21's two weeks ago, then in his next game he was man of the match in the FA Youth Cup against Barnsley. He should have started the game against Fulham but was an unused sub. What does he have to do to get on the pitch ahead of Lampard? I'm also not a fan of a 4-3-3 if it means the front three are three strikers as it leaves the team far too narrow. Let's get back to the 4-3-3 with real wingers and use the whole pitch. And use the whole squad Carlo, not just the 14 or so you like to use.

That is what I am saying with Carlo...but also Mourinho men. You only say that because he had a bigger squad back then. Today's squad is a joke compare to What Mourinho had back then. However Mourinho at Madrid had the chance to use youth, like Carlo here...but he only complaint till he got Adebayor.

So don't come saying anything that Mourinho would have use our youth, because he has shown not to do that.

(watch the video)

Agree with the isolated comment (and the other obvious stuff of course). The man doesn't have a number two and hardly speaks with anyone.

The club really screwed up with that decision.

Martin Samuel has it spot on.

Good video there Blue Heart.

Yeah it was the club that screw it up. But what can you do. They screw up, and will have to sack Carlo, cause Carlo does not have his heart any more in the club. He is looking more towards Roma.

Sad though.

We wanted to start our youngsters in one season, and even expect them to do well. But to bring young players into a first team full of stars and expirienced players is a task that needs to be done for years slowly.

Exactly, we are not Arsenal, we compete for titles.

The problem is our experienced players have been performing well below par this season with only Cech, JT & Ivanovich playing to their potential (don't agree with Ancelotti about Lamps but he will come good after injury) so the young players should of been given an opportunity, they won't get experience sitting on a bench. Sturridge should still be at the club & his performances for Bolton proves that.

Milan's Zlatan Ibrahimovic: Pep Guardiola Was My Only Problem At Barcelona ...

"If you don't have someone to motivate you then you don't want to fight, this is why there are coaches.

"I would have killed for Jose Mourinho, for the motivation he gave me and for how he used to stimulate me."

this for all of those who say , it's not carlo's fault that Drogba , lamps , essien and co. are out of form and lacks moivation ..... those are great players and all they need is the right coaching ....

I think it's not Carlo fault, it's terrible managment. With Ray Wilkins, he contended, but then they fired him for just an argue with the managment? Is that supposed to be a joke? And the biggest joke of Gourlay co. is Michael Emenalo. What's he doing on the bench? Nothing? Just sitting and taking a lot of money. Omg! If there wasn't PC, with whom he talks i little bit, it'd be disaster!

I have doubts if the Double is credit of Carlo or Ray. It seems that carlo can't motivate the players, what Ray could do! I won't forgive it to our managment! :(
