this for all of those who say , it's not carlo's fault that Drogba , lamps , essien and co. are out of form and lacks moivation ..... those are great players and all they need is the right coaching ....

I think it's not Carlo fault, it's terrible managment. With Ray Wilkins, he contended, but then they fired him for just an argue with the managment? Is that supposed to be a joke? And the biggest joke of Gourlay co. is Michael Emenalo. What's he doing on the bench? Nothing? Just sitting and taking a lot of money. Omg! If there wasn't PC, with whom he talks i little bit, it'd be disaster!

I have doubts if the Double is credit of Carlo or Ray. It seems that carlo can't motivate the players, what Ray could do! I won't forgive it to our managment! :(

that is dumb. if it was ray we would have done well under scolari as well.

young players need coaching not experienced intrenationals ...they just need to be told tactics

And how is it possible that we were winning with ray last and this season and after Ray was fired we are loosing? Huh?

If you want to take that route, then how come we did bad with Scolari when Ray was in the team???

But I am talking about Ancelotti with Ray, not Scolari and Ray.

And I am talking that if Ray was that good to win a double by himself he would have done good with Scolari.....

I am not saying that Ray won the double. Im only reacting on a play with Ray and Carlo and without Ray. It's 180dg difference. I know that players don't have form, but...

Ok so stop talking nonsense!

Ray was not that good to do anything when Scolari was in the team. It showed that you need good coach to bring the team ahead. It showed with Guus and it showed with Carlo.

What did not helped this season, is getting rid of a lot of players to put in youngsters...which hardly got time. This left our squad thin, that got overworked and drop in form.

In a matter of fact you can see the drop in form started when Ray was in the team. The first game that started was against City. Chelsea started to go down slowly after that game.

Our squad was thin and was not big enough to change as last season. Now we are doing good with David Luis, Torres, Ramires and Yossi. But for bad luck Yossi got injured, Ramires is getting adjusted to the team, and Torres needs to get back in form.

Non of this helps, but it shows what Chelsea needs to focus in the summer.

Is better this way, as this would only make our squad stronger in the summer. Cause if we did not did bad, I doubt Roman would have spend much. But now he saw how our squad was thin and he decided to spend, and more likely he will spend more in the summer. :)

is Ibrahomivic a young / inexperienced player ??!! ..... he has said that he lacked motivation and he needed that from gardiola and e referred to how mourinho used to inspire his team and motivate them ....

off-course experienced internationals need coaching otherwise managers would have sent them the tactics via e-mail ... players need inspiration and motivation ... they need to know if someone is doing something wrong then how should he make that right ..

carlo is not capable of inspiring and motivating his players ...

Wrong again!

He did inspired them and motivated them after Inter defeat to lift the clubs first double, with a ground braking goals galore, like the world have not seen in a long time!

And he is doing it now, by instilling in them the passion for the CL this season.

Appropriate substitutions were finally made.

Zhirkov for Malouda was one that logic was crying out for. Malouda'd been wasteful and Zhirkov came on, did his job helping control Nani with Ashley Cole at left back. Then he won us that penalty

Drogba for Anelka worked well because Drogba was very very wise. The way he saw out our victory with Ramires was beautiful and made me laugh!

Bosingwa for Luiz gave Luiz great confidence with the round of applause & also saved him being sent off
