Overall, it is an interesting derby. And it would be even more interesing if our attack was better, by miles better. Defence and especially midfield is really good, but the attacking side is awful. --> Drogs and Studge need to play definitely.

What pisses me off is that our defence works really well and still, we are one nil down.

Kalou's had a good game if you ask me, his work rate is excellent.

Anelka is driving me mad, he's supposed to be playing as a central forward ffs.

Not happy with Cech's positioning for the goal, but that should have been inconsequential. When you're down on your luck, you get shit decisions like that. It was offside by at least half a yard, it was clearer than I first thought.

Playing quite well, Essien and Ramires in midfield in particular look very much the part, unfortunately Kalouremains infuriating and Mikel and Anelka have assisted Kalou in that department so far, I mean where is Nic Anelka going, so often when we get the ball into a crossing position, why is Nic Anelka(our centre forward remember) not in the box? Where is he? What is he doing?

Very unlucky to be a goal down as Defoe was offside in the build up to the Spurs goal but when it rains it pours at Chelsea.

Wouldn't be surprised if Drogba or Lampard, or both were to come on, what I would like to see is Ramires play or Essien move into the holding role with Lampard replacing Mikel simply for the reason that Essien and Ramires add more energy to the midfield than Mikel.

If Lamps go in I'm going to watch the match.I say that I will watch Chelsea match where they win.But if Lamps go in I will change my decision.I don't know what happens in 1st half but I read that they scored from offside.Good luck for second half :)

What about Mikel moving away from Pavlyuchenko and giving him all the space to shoot...

I think Kalou has been great, missed chances, but at least he's getting into positions to create chances.

Anelka has to go off for sure, cant see how he doesn't realize that he's playing way too deep. He drops in the mid and looks up and see's no one to pass to, he must realize he's supposed to be up there.

Drogba on for Anelka at HT please.

I thought Mikel could have done more to close him down. Once the ball fell to him Mikel seemed to make a move away from the ball instead of charging at it.

It can not be that easy---

We still are in the quick sand.... as much as we try the more and go out, we go down more and more...

This is Chelsea Looker Room today..... Look at all if U want but 1:16 is what I mean... Keano Raves Explain it all

Kalou's high work rate is good if he is a impact sub, seriously.

The first goal was really due to bad positioning. Not only Cech but Mikel who was closest to the ball didnt try his best to close down his angle or usesing his body to block the shot.

And honestly, I think Droba is out of form and I don't think he got much to offer.

Like I say, the players need to have more movement and pass the ball quickly. The tempo of our passing is just too slow, by the time we get the ball, Spurs had 10men to recover and park bus behind the ball.
