Tomo 21,751
Id rather he goes Bolton than Swansea. With Swansea there is every chance they will do a Hull in the second half off the season and that will destroy his confidence, Bolton can't get much worse and if Josh's arrival coincides with their re-surgance he will be a hero and will come back buzzing. CHOULO19 24,332
If Bolton want him they will probably get him since Owen and Andre are good friends. Although I like Swansea's style of play better, Josh will probably get more minutes at Bolton.
robdog 2,084
Ok I just read that SSN article & the comments. Which one of you delusional fools wrote that Young Josh is our 2nd Best Attacking CM behind Mata??? I am in total disagreement w/ that statement. Joker10 946
Our midfield has been total shit for the last few games, i seriously can't imagine being any worse with McEachran. Liquidator

Share Posted January 6, 2012 I'm not quite sure where this idea of Josh being game changing, match winning, missing piece of the Chelsea puzzle comes from. He's a talent all right, that's clear for all to see. But at 18 years old he's nothing more than a good prospect right now. Get him out on loan and get him some game time for a smaller club and lets see what he can do week in week out. He has plenty of time to develop. Don't know what the big rush is for some people. petr.breu 1,618
Alex McLeish has played down suggestions Aston Villa will sign Ki Sung-yueng and Josh McEachran. So Swansea ?
francozola 2,040
Hope to god he doesn't go to Villa. Shit club shit manager. They'll ruin him lol. Swansea would be best but even Bolton would be better than Villa
ack17 205
Swansea City want Chelsea midfielder Josh McEachranhttp://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/16456179.stm
CHOULO19 24,332
Swansea does seem the perfect destination for Josh, I just hope he was not part of the Cahil deal because Bolton look doomed to go down. lecter

Besides, I really doubt Josh's arrival would coincide with Bolton's surge since they now have about five consecutive games against the likes of Tottenham and and the Manchesters which they are not likely to take a point from.Edit: Those are Bolton's Jan fixtures:2 Everton (A)14 Man Utd (A)21 Liverpool (H)31 Arsenal (H)
ack17 205
Also Brendan Rodgers is the former Chelsea youth team coach, he understands Josh.
lentherussian 86
alot of people seem to hope josh doesnt go to bolton. As bad as bolton have been this season you have to remember coyles had wilshere and sturridge last 2 years and did a great job of playing them and gettin the best out of them. Whilst i love the way swansea play and the BR factor that can also work as a negative to his development. Josh would have to fit into a side thats already working close to its maximum. Would he do better than players who are in tune with one another and use to the system there? the way i look at it he will definately improve a bolton, we could get some gage off coyle to where he is regards wilshere comparison and hel be guarenteed a chance. I don't think anyone is really against him going to Bolton, just that they'd prefer Swansea because their style of football is more suited to him. Either one of those teams would be better than Villa who are god awful and I'll be pissed off if he goes there lol
