They mostly are mate. I have them and they completely render me immobile and in years for a full day. Puking, vision blurred and everything. I use to fear it was a tumor, but no.

They suck .... Really bad. Its the worst pain ever.

I think the cause is hypotension. The Mrs. took my blood pressure last night and it was quite low, I think low blood pressure has been a recurring issue in my health. At least on the bright side it only affects the left side of my head and neck.

They tend to trigger when my blood flow changes and redirects to...heh another part of the body, if you follow my drift.

Get some good medication and from experience : it betters with age (i had low blood pressure to the max when younger, now not so lol)
