bushman 2,043
With KdB as good as gone, give this guy the role of the 6th attacking midfielder in the squad. Might get 5 or so appearances in the first team while mostly playing with the U21s which for a lad of 18 would be a great achievement. He won´t even get one appearance, never mind 5. Phil Driver 503
When it comes to nurturing young talent, Lukaku and de Bruyne and even all those who doubt two-time Champions League winning coach Mourinho, have been sent a message by Real Madrid's defensive phenom Raphael Varane, a Lille-born 20-year-old bought in 2011 who flourished under Mourinho's tutelage.'He told me that I’d have my chance to play and that I was going to find out about myself and get to know myself better,' Varane is quoted to have said by FIFA.com. 'I’d never been under a lot of pressure before, either on the pitch or off it, and he said that I’d soon be given the opportunity to find out how I’d react to it. Mourinho kept his word. In the two years I played for him he always kept his word, and he also knew when to throw me in at the right time.'A thrice-capped Frenchman who received his international debut this year and is a part of the current squad, Varane added: 'I’m only young and haven’t had many coaches, which means it’s difficult for me to make comparisons, but I’d say it’s his personality and charisma, which were felt by the whole team.'He’s a winner, a competitor, and he transmits that to his players. Wherever he’s gone he’s always created combative teams with lots of character.' If you are good enough you are old enough for Mourinho . If Traore or anyone else is good enough they will play for Chelsea.
Jype 6,398
He won´t even get one appearance, never mind 5.If he's given the same chances KdB has, I don't see any reason why he wouldn't play a few games at least as a substitute. FA Cup games against lower league opponents or the occasional league match if there's more important games coming up, for example in the Champions League, and the plan is to keep the first teamers fresh. Not with Jose now. The team is closing in on PL, FA, perhaps CL titles & Jose cannot afford to experiment any longer, see my point ?

He'll play in the youth cup games as well whilst providing cover for the first team.
The Mak 4,459
Keep him while KDB goes on loan. KDB should increase his price-tag dramatically between now and the end of the World Cup.For next season however, I think he's too good to be getting such limited game-time with us. The only way he might get considerable time is if we were stuck with injuries, which no one wants. Another loan I suppose. We could bring back the likes of Moses for our 6th choice AM then. No way Jose. He will play for the youth team & most likely out on loan next season. We both know, you specifically complained about Chelsea not giving many chances to young pups. Now, you want him to play under Jose. lol.

The Mak 4,459
What about Piazon?Same reason at Traore really. To be honest, I think he's better than Moses and that's the reason why I wouldn't have him on our bench. He's banging them in at Vitesse and would like to see him continue to develop elsewhere, maybe in the Bundesliga or even in the PL if he gets the right club. We're actually so blessed in this department it's unbelieveable. It's a far sight from a few years ago. Piazon and Thorgan are in such good form right now and if Traore starts doing the same...my word. Let's just say that playing career mode in FIFA is enough of a selection headache as it is, so I wouldn't want to actually be making those decisions at Chelsea! Muzchap 8,966
He is a great player - Jose is building a team for the future...Lampard, Mikel, Essien all gone soon... Strength and depth is needed - Moses is unlikely to come back and KdB could be shipped out.In Pre-Season, this guy was electric and head and shoulders above our other players.Exciting times ahead. Now where's our 17yr old striker playing in the reserves that we can promote to a 20 goal a season finisher or we could get Lukaku a gag and get him back
BlueLyon 9,359
He is quite strong and good finisher. Would love him on right wing eventualy. And sure we should give him a run vs derby. This guy has something special and could work out. I mean, he could get straight in team like Januzaj at ManU. Give him couple of games and then loan him if necessary... Toli is pretty quick in comparison.Traore needs to go now. Never mind that shit as read here this morning that he could play for Chelsea in the odd game. LOL. Toli 977
Do you even watch Chelsea games? This guy is good enough to start Loaning him out isn't always the answer how do you know that? only because he has played some non-saying anything pre-season games? in the preseason KDB looked like a god and Hazard was shit. preseason is really nothing to define how good a player is.
