kellzfresh 7,229
Bertrand Traore should now qualify for a work permitFinally, I badly want him to succeed here. I'll practically lose hope for any attacking player in our youth team if he doesn't make it eventually in our team.
Magic Lamps 11,692
the thing is he has only excelled at Vitesse after being moved from RW to CF. I don't see opportunites for him to play as our lone striker whilst I cannot see him assert himself in his second favourite position. Blue Colored Sky 1,807
Some folks on Twitter suggests that Chelsea already applied for work permit. Some say that he even got one.I'm excited and I wonder where he will play. Number 10/right winger hybrid to utilize his vision and link up play. I don't want to stick him to the byline on the right because he's not great dribbler nor crosser to do that. He should play closer to the centre. It's awesome how greatly he combines both physical and technical attributes. When Chelsea brought him as a 14 years old they surely done that because of his technical qualities. He improved greatly in physical aspects, seems significantly quicker and is a tad stronger/broader than 1 and a half year ago. He also has great stamina doing mad number of sprints per game. Jose surely will teach him to make those sprints also in backward direction to track back.
ulvhedin 526
Maybe he will be our 3rd striker, 5-6th AM:Costa/Falcao/TraoreHazard/Oscar/Willian/Cuadrado(new signing)/sometimes Fabregas/Traore

Leif 6,006
There's no reason he can't play as both a winger & striker in his career. He's just like Eto'o. Seriously, just like him.

Chelsea Legend 11 4,062
Was always intrigued by him, if the work permit is sorted its great news for us. Its hard to say whether he can make the jump to the Prem and be our right sided goal scorer but I like the thought of having him in our ranks and developing with us. The Skipper 20,609
If he qualifies as a HG talent, that would be very interesting. Does anyone know?
Blue Colored Sky 1,807
If he qualifies as a HG talent, that would be very interesting. Does anyone know? Not a chance. He wasn't Chelsea player until 2nd January 2014. If he stays now he won't have 3 full seasons or 36 months between 15-21 age.Though for now he will only be registered for Champions League spot. Just wondering whether BT counted since he has been at Chelsea for quite some time (unofficially).

Just wondering whether BT counted since he has been at Chelsea for quite some time (unofficially).I think unofficially will be the stumbling block. The HG rules talk about players being registered with a (qualifying) club but Bertrand wasn't registered with us until he signed officially in Jan 2014. Just wondering whether BT counted since he has been at Chelsea for quite some time (unofficially). He wasn't Chelsea player until 2nd January 2014, how can you claim that is not true ??Chelsea & Mourinho seemingly try to cut any connection between Chelsea and Traore before January 2014 claiming that he was on a 3 weeks trial only when it is widely known that he is here since 2010. It's clear as day that it has some shady deal in there. Similarly, Chelsea have Josi Quintero hidden somewhere (?) for some time before he turns 18 which will be soon but until now he's not Chelsea player. Another shady deal.(Though I checked this now and he apparently signed contract last summer but can't play, dunno why. It's hell of a mess with youth signings )
