ulsterchelsea 3,221
so as someone who doesnt really bother with serie a is he really worth the sums being knocked about? And is this a recent discovery (the bid turned down) or is it old news
calculatingInfinity 1,477
I do think he is more than worth the bid Chelsea made but I am a big palermo fan so I have no doubt have some bias. He is a great footballer with individual qualities that is very rare and I have no problem calling him the best midfielder in Serie A, up there with Sneijder and Hamsik that's for sure. He is also very damn young so there is lots of potential of him becoming even better.

John Terry lovechild 0
We would never get Nasri, Arsenal just wouldn't sell to us, especially if Fabregas leaves. Modric should be a prime target

Guest justin_3d
Men i wanted this guy as my creative midfield. But 40 mill???Is this guy on crack?Shoot City payed less then that for Silva, and that guy is way better then Pastore.Would be stupid from Chelsea if they fork the money for him, because that is way too much.Lets move on to Modric, Nasri and Charlie Adam please. J.F. 1,484
I have checked with my colleague, Zamparini did not talk to radio station Cadena Ser...Chelsea did not bid for Pastore..Marco Silva.
calculatingInfinity 1,477
Crack would make Zamparini makes more sense so I doubt that. Just today he got rid of Palermos manager Delio Rossi who he fired a couple of months ago, then re hired and now terminated his contract again. That said though he is probably thinking the same about Roman. Roman bought a injury plagued 27 year old forward for 50m so him demanding more than 33mil for one of the most talented midfielders out there isn't that surprising.
