I think McEachran is a player that plays well when his team is playing well plus it also doesn't help that he contributes almost nothing on the defensive side of the game, whereas Chalobah most often ends being the best player for Watford whenever they do end up loosing.

No, Watford are not technically breaking any loans. I think there are limits to loans in the same league, in England. Or it might be limits to loans nationally, any league.
