Personally think Maresca is the best of the managers we've had since Tuchel and no one out there is any better - that will want to work here - while we have this situation with the directors, and the strategy for the club. They know what will happen to them - the same shit will happen on the field, they'll get blamed, and be out. 

If we sack him because - somehow - we've got one of the world's elite managers willing to come here, and the strategy is changing and the directors are all being replaced - great. But otherwise, we may as well just stick with him - he is in my opinion the least of our problems.

Last season..season before that.. season before that. It's been the same story and nothing is changing. We're gone from being a competing side anymore.

• Sancho had a fight with his manager at United and said he wouldn't play for them again, then somehow United offloaded him to us,
• Nkunku wanted out the whole window (was begging Bayern Munich to take him) and now he's starting again
• We had to beg Crystal Palace to cancel Chalobah's loan deal as we had no other CB's available other than Disasi
• Enzo - Caicedo is one of the worst midfield pairings out there.   No wonder why Poch put Gallagher-Caicedo together, at least they would run around like crazy.
• We're swapping goalkeepers for fun half way through the season, i don't see our rivals doing that...unless their GK is injured.

made the right choice (great Valentines Day with wifey) and missed this shitshow

we are so fucked, we are weak and so young (no leadership) across the board

no even remotely decent CF now until April

our back 4 is diabolical

we are overrun in MF almost every game

and our wingers are shit

cannot see us getting top 5 atm (and may drop out of all the European slots)

so it may well all come down to winning the Conference League to even get Europa League next season

we are going to end up selling Palmer at this rate (when I do not know) as he will not want to play with no CL (perhaps after next season IF we fail thsi year and next to get into the CL)

shambolic board, Maresca is out of his depth with this lot as well

The goalie situation...enough said about that.

It's just a huge mess and really no one until now anyway has been talking about our situation. All been about City..United..Spurs etc. We are just as bad! Just somehow in the top 4 until prob tommrow anyway. But no different to them just helped we had a better start.

Well, that's all on the owners & recruiters.

We were too quick to move out experienced heads, with title winning experience., to bring down the average age of the squad.

For experience, we brought in the likes of Disasi and Sanchez. Hardly cutting edge stuff.

To many individuals at the moment not enough team. You watch forest and see the work the players put into it. They run! They chase the ball they do this and that..us lately oh balls gone stroll around oh look it's a goal for the other lot.

Agree we let too many go. There is no leadership anymore and no one really holds their hands up when it goes wrong. We miss that.
