EskWeston 696
As much as i think Aguero is the perfect signing for us, i am resigned now to it not happening. I think the days of us making big name signings are over, we are now in the business of creating them.

Aguero is only worth up to £20 millionI see your point, but i don't think athletico will let him go for 20 million think about it he is world class and we will have him for 12+ plus years ! We Hate Scouse 10,326
Just like in 1982 when Maradona was the world transfer record at £5 million, prices will always go up!

I think the days of us making big name signings are over, we are now in the business of creating them.I agree with you on this, but we're not exactly the greatest club at keeping hold of our best young players. A majority of our youngsters go elsewhere on loan and we never hear from them after that. Whatever happened to the likes of Jack Cork and Michael Mancienne who seemed destined to become big talents, and now they want to play football elsewhere. It doesn't bode well with our club.To be honest, I'd be happy for us not to sign anyone, as long as we sign one single player, and it being Aguero. I'd be happy with that. 1chelsea 864
truly i that is the only signing i would want us to signed for more attacking force. imaging aguero and Drogba have any seen one real look at Drogba killer instinct which is 7.5 with with a young striker like aguero who is build up to 7.0, you would know the money would not be a waste cos both pair will bring cup and more fan even is name on the blue shit will sell wonders i will prefer him if make 30m bid if they will accepthe has strength and can be the likes of roney in time to come as he being to play in the premier league and see how he become the best will Drogba in stam bridge look at the bright side on the player coming from the youth team like gael kakuta and burini it will be a massive turnout if things gos in the right way i tell u in my country nigeria even man-utd fan are dying to see the young player in their team so if get him i tell u they will come to fear chelsea as a team i hail my chelsea club Edited May 31, 2010 by BlueLion

Alee. 182
Everyone knows what hes capable of, im starting to worry if he puts in more awesome performances, Everyone will start getting interested in him. Should've signed him already. waiting till after the WC is a risky business, unless we already have a deal in place, which i doubt.
TIWATZ 64
Hopefully we already got him to sign a pre-contract or something... well, you can always hope
Kostas 1,468
If there's one big name we should sign I'm convinced Aguero is the one.
Milan 17,956
Well actually, there were some rumours a few months ago and according to them, Aguero had signed a pre-contract with Chelsea. It was said, that it had happened during those Chelsea v Atletico CL games. You never know though.
LDN Blue 7,903
I never believe anything about "pre-contracts". Technically speaking, a pre-contract is not actually binding and there isn't any legal obligation for a player to honour it.
Shane 2,275
United had a precontract with Torres once upon a time.
