With all of this faffing about, it's clear that there isn't someone that they (board) actually want.  They just don't want Conte.  Any half recognizable name attached to a warm body will do.  I get the impression that the board just need a scapegoat for when they fuck up.  We'll be right back here in 2 summers, max.

P.S.  I've also noticed that whenever anyone refers to the board, we use "them".  Instead of "us" or "we".  Pretty much sums up the way that the supporters feel about the running of the club these days.

Since they knew they were letting Conte leave, why is it that a manager is not in place already?

It has been months and the club is still looking for one. Shambles. There just aren't enough on the board who care that other clubs have surpassed Chelsea.

This is the question we end up asking 9 out of 10 years.

Its not like the summer comes and the realize all of a sudden - Doh! Oh yeah - We need a manager and several players!!

I love our club and I'm usually the optimistic one thinking theres some plan in the works. Bit this is the 1st season for ages that I feel let down and worried already  about the near future.

I was looking forward to sitting back and watching Mou implode in his 3rd year but instead Ive got my Gooner mate sending me texts taking the piss. Thats how bad its got!!

People seem to take what every so called "reliable" journalist says for gospel. Negotiations for any coach or player would not be public info. A lot of the time they're going off of maybe 10% of info given to them. I remember reading a while ago that 8 out of 10 rumoured stories are bullshit.

You'd thought so.... Happens everytime! Other teams signing players and we're faffing round trying to get a manager. 

We'll be back here in 1 or 2 season time as well. Same situation same old mess!

So, we have asked from Sarri to leave Napoli, the club where he is literally the God so he can join Chelsea for “better project” and now we’re ditching him like a waisted carpet?

Sorry but I cannot believe in this, still. Must be some legal thing well organized by his lawyers and Chelsea otherwise we will lose any credibility if we ever had one in the world of football, any better player ot the coach will avoid us big time and we will truly become russian billionaire toy shit plastic club.
