Having built that amazing team with Goetze confirmed for next season - you'd be mad to give it up - unless you were dead serious about retiring.

I do agree he's an awesome manager - he's got Ribery and Robben playing defensive and the whole TEAM working as a unit - perfect balance between defence and attack - truly a joy to watch!

Like I say I deal with Bayern fans day in day out and they like this guy! They are sad he is retiring?

Some are gutted Pep is coming, they think he will ruin Bayern... Germans (no offence) tend to only trust a few nationalities and in my limited exposure this has been: Japanese, English and South Korean. This is from a manufacturing perspective of course - but they do have concerns over Pep and would have preferred a German manager!

Now that Moyes to United is done and Pellegrini to City looks dead on, if Chelsea don't get Mourinho ( ), then I'd take Hiddink.

We should give Hiddink the football director role at Chelsea...he'd be a better option than Emenalo.

But a name like Hiddink will only have a negative effect on the manager. If the team is not doing well, there will be media pressure on manager and the stories will eventually spawn from lazy journos that Roman will replace Manager X with Hiddink. A name like Emenalo is no threat. Don't think we should hire a big name director of football
