The Next Manager?

Yeah, i don't want anyone who needs a translator to speak to the press, or players or whatever. Not gonna be an ideal situation...

You are talking about Heynckes or Pellegrini?

Not too sure about Heynckes but would like to think he can speak English. As for Pellegrini, he can apparently speak English according tp Gabriele Marcotti.

Jurgen Klopp is fearless. I appreciate that in a manager. If we want another new manager in 2014 or 2015, we should go for Klopp - considering his work at BVB between now and then ofcourse.

as for now, i feel the difference in class between Jose and other candidates is very wide. It is a situation where, if we get Jose, we can mount a serious title challenge next year and if we don't, there is very little possibility of a title challenge

No one in particular, but relating to what someone was saying about pellegrini in press conference... I don't know if he specifically can or not but I was just saying in general, it would create extra barriers imo.

Brilliant article with lot of stats thrown in (courtesy: TheChels, net).

It gives us a detailed insights of who's who, strengths, weakness, what does the manager bring to the table, etc of most of the top managers.

A must read for everyone to be honest, not just Chelsea fans.

I wouldn's say it shows that much tbh. Its all very team dependant. If Moyes Managed Barca, he wouldn't play a 4-4-1-1 formation and would have a lot more possesion. And the ages is often down to the quality of the team, and thier various youth systems.

TBH, its pretty impossible to accurately compare managers of different teams in different situations.

IF NOT JOSE, MOYES FOR ME.

Cannot for the life of me figure why anyone wants david moyes here. Hes not a proven winner, he will most likely require time which he wont get here, Has has no record worth talking about, never managed BIG players etc...What does he bring that has people wanting him here?

I respect your opinion but i would not agree on it completely.

These are purely numbers which has been created and complied in a way which provides what the managers have been doing for the last 3 years. Now whether Moyes would have played a certain formation or not is very subjective at this point of time. But the person has taken the last 3 year compilation and have come up with a good stats of all the top manager, U can never get accurate projections,

In my opinion, If your an analytical guy you would understand these forecast more than anyone else.
