Think he's a bit underrated, at Real he finished above 90+ points with Madrid.

With City he could've won 2 premier leagues by the end of the season, it's them or Arsenal as I don't expect Leicester to keep it up.

Silva, Aguero, KDB, Sterling etc are all shining under him and all players can express themselves attacking wise, quite the opposite of Mou. Absolutely agree, and relegate some of those nine to squad players/competition which this squad seriously lacks. That line up was basically a nucleas of players that could work under Simeone.

Jury is still out on Matic and Costa for me, I remember Drogba struggling all through 2008 then recovered under Hiddink, here's hoping these two can benefit from the Dutchman aswell.

I want a decent balance of the both, which is what old Jose gave us and what Simeone will, Pellegrini, Emery type teams are too defensively weak for me.

How on earth does that make him a coward? He'll go to a club who are run professionally and have a track record of backing their manager consistently.

I am not sure our attacking players (oscar, hazard, cesc etc) will love to play Simeone's type of football.

For Simeone, attacking players like Turan/Hazard also need to track back a lot, he plays very pragmatic football. Sometimes he parks the bus even at home against mid table teams. Yes he also plays with attacking backs, but that's because he has great CB's who don't need protection.

Pellegrini will give them complete freedom to attack and we saw how happy they were last game vs Sunderland, that's the football these guys wants.

If he wins the league this season, he will have won it twice in 3 years time. Proven in the EPL and an attacking manager, why not?

Not really destroyed, we won the league and we only need 3-4 signings to be a complete different team: 2 defenders to slowly phase out JT and Ivanovic, a great CM and maybe a great second striker.

Regarding Pep, it's the best decision he can make. He has connections there (former Barca people), he can buy who ever he wants without worrying Emanelo will give him Djilobodji/Hector as City are sponsored by themselves.

It's a challenge for him to win the CL for City, not super easy.

Staying at Bayern would be a lot easier. Guardiola's not the type to stay long at a club. Do you then pick a rebuilding process or a team where you can cover your needs with one or two windows? That's sensible.

It's football fans always trying to paint him as a genius or the greatest or whatever. I don't think he's looking for such adulation.

I'd love to see high-profile managers take 'small' jobs though. Let's see how influential managers are when taking charge of a midtable side or a so-called sleeping giant.
